    The studies have shown that a localized injection close to an injury or source of pain is no more effective than a standard subcutaneous site (abdomen, upper arm, upper thigh). It is a systemic effect, not a local one and has to be absorbed into the blood stream.

      False. Name these studies then. Of course you cannot. There's not a single human medical study comparing these things.
      In horses, where local vs systemic has been tested, local injections were far more effective.
      You read information on a site selling peptides and decided to make shit up. Studies show 🤦

    • @Yourmomshousemyrules
      @Yourmomshousemyrules 7 місяців тому +3

      This is patently false. No such studies exist in humans period.
      There's studies on horses, and they show localized is better.
      Why make stuff like this up? Or did you confuse a blurb on a peptides website with " scientific research".

      @mastertrey4683 21 день тому

      @@TsabaronSecronthere is a huge difference between injecting and ingesting. Your digestive tract doesn’t just absorb large peptides. Peptides are chains of amino acids. Your body uses proteases to digest them, breaking them down into individual amino acids or smaller peptide chains. When you digest BPC 157 it is no longer BPC 157 but a bunch of amino acids. That’s why you need to inject. Oral bpc 157 is for treating gut issues it’s completely inferior to injection if youre treating an injury

  • @TsabaronSecron
    @TsabaronSecron Рік тому +3

    Just saw another peptide clinic video on BPC157 and how to administer and he stated that local subcutaneous is the same effectiveness as taking orally but it will hit blood stream and be processed by body based on perceived areas that need healing which in your video here may not be that tendon. The injection method that he specified does allow bpc to work locally at the injection site is when its injected to a joint capsule. Not sure about tendons and ligaments.

    • @CKarmorr
      @CKarmorr Рік тому +2

      I have multiple injuries and have just started using bpc 157. The first injury I'm trying to treat is the tendon in my elbow, doing subcutaneous injections there has dramatically improved it over the course of about 10 days and hasn't effected other injury spots just yet. This makes me think the location you inject does make a difference. I'll know for sure when I start treating a rotator cuff injury in my shoulder.

    • @simmonsaustin1
      @simmonsaustin1 Рік тому +1

      @@CKarmorr I'm dealing with bad tennis elbow bilaterally, I was considering bpc-157 and tb-500 Can you tell me how you inject it into your elbow? Do you do it just straight into the muscle?

    • @CKarmorr
      @CKarmorr Рік тому

      @@simmonsaustin1 You can inject it straight into the muscle, though my pain was directly in the middle of the elbow so I preferred injecting under the skin (subcutaneous). I can tell you now it worked, after about 14 days the pain had gone and now I can move and exercise pain free. Now I am treating a shoulder rotator cuff injury (also subcutaneous injections) that I've had for about 15 years and again, after 2 weeks I've gotten substantial improvement. I wasn't able to touch my hands behind my back on the one side, now I can do both, still some pain when doing it but I was nowhere close before, I'd have more pain while being nowhere near where I can touch now. Long story short location matters from my experience.
      How I injected it right into the middle under the skin of my elbow was to create a skin tent and then shoot the injection into the middle or lower part of that tent. By yourself this is near impossible, because the hand injecting cannot make the skin tent. What I did was use a clothes peg and wrapped some string around the middle of it that I could pull on with the hand on the same side as the injury. So I would swab the peg where it was going to make contact with my skin and the area of the skin where I would inject. Then I'd make the skin tent by sticking the peg on the skin of my elbow and pulling on the string and while holding it I would then inject it.
      The first time I did it I didn't push the needle in far enough, and when I injected it created a ball of fluid under the skin kind of like a hard blister. I massaged it gently with a bit of pressure using the alcohol swab it and it gradually worked its way around and then there was no longer any visible lump nor could I feel it. It happened again once when I was injecting my delt. So if that does ever happen to you don't panic it's nothing bad. But I always message it a little even when I inject it properly where I can no longer feel the lump. I don't know if it's necessary but for me I want to disperse it around as much of the spot as possible so it can cover the injury site and this seems to work for me great.

    I do not see how a subutaneous injection would allow the peptide to cross through the tendon sheath into the tendon. I also do not understand why no one has figured out how to use in situ hydrogels to slow release peptides over many hours to 1) provide sustained exposure to the peptide 2) provide selective exposure of the peptide to the injured area and 3) provide a stable depot for the peptide to resist degradation until release into the tissue
