    Note that I said the fretboard was ebony in the video. That was just me getting confused. It's rosewood.

    What a great guitar! Can't believe what you can get with this for $250. Grote has some good offerings, but this is probably the best I've seen yet from them. Gorgeous guitar, and sounds great too. And with your comments about how solid and well set-up it is.... I am going to have to check one of these out. Bad timing right now!! But maybe soon. Or.... maybe I'll ask the Wife for this one, for Christmas. We'll see. Love it! And love your channel, Tony!

    Hi Tony, hope all is well. Beautiful guitar, wonderful. I play a lot of Classic Rock, a lot of overdrive, AC/DC, Zeppelin, Greenday, it seems to handle guitar well!

    Looks great Tony! Like satin finish for sure and seems to have a lot of tone combinations!

    Definitely versatile and I would guess it would make a great late-night acoustic for practicing without having to be close to your amps/computers.

      It definitely does sound better than most acoustically. Love the fact that it's so light. I've been carrying it around for practice times. Thanks so much for all the views and comments. You're the best!

      @@tonyleeglenn I have been getting way behind with YT lately because of trying to figure out what is causing my PC to keep restarting. The GPU is overheating for sure, but even when I'm not using it and it is cool, my PC will reboot periodically. I've tested just about everything I can think of and the only way I can get things to work most of the time is to change the power management, but that slows my PC to about 10% of normal and makes it unusable for most things. I have to switch power plans every time I want to do anything and even then, it still fails at times. It is getting old for sure, but I am trying to limp on until I can get a new PC. I'm creating animations for my videos on a Celeron based mini PC that is also slow but reliable, and still faster than my PC when on low power.
      Sorry, went on a bit of a ramble there. I was mostly meaning to say I haven't abandoned you, I am just distracted.

    Looks Nice - ready like the SS Frets - What would you say is the neck profile is C - D - U ?

    There is one on Marketplace right now in my area for $150.00, BUT I heard your other video in which you said the neck is thin. Des[pite the fact that I have small hands, they cramp on a neck if it's too thin. Can you give me the thickness specs on the first and twelth frets? (hopefully with a digital caliper)

    Could you please measure nut width?

    • @tonyleeglenn
      @tonyleeglenn  Рік тому

      Mines about 42.5 mm. Same as my Les Paul.

      @@tonyleeglenn I just returned mine the nut was only 1.625 or 41.3 mm. I must have received an odd ball - way to small for my big hands. It wasn't the color you have it was the darker version. I really liked everything else about it so I hesitated, but then again I new I wouldn't be happy . I may order the color you have and hope it's got the larger nut size as expected. Thank for the fast reply - Nice Video.

      @@tonyleeglenn Had to return the second guitar that was the same color as your guitar. The nut was even smaller 1.621. I've ordered the LPF-001 based on a break down review that had the nut spec. as 43 mm. I can only assume nut width might vary from guitar to guitar.
