Wow I'm so jealous! We don't have any event like that here. If I wanna buy vintage I usually have to pay a loooot of money, especially heats usually are between 50-100€ at least. I loved the bonnet and wish I could find a cute dainty hat like this in Germany 😭 also loved the dress! I love navy blue, it's my black cause black looks too harsh on me. I was so excited just getting a glimpse of the booths 🥰 I'm hoping to go there someday with a one year's saving 😂😂 I think I would want to bring two empty suitcases just for that (although half of my money would probably go toward taxes and custom fees 😭) Anyways, loved the video and wish I could have been there!
Ah! have you done some digging online to see if there are any vintage shows or popups in your area? or even an hour away? You might surprise yourself! 😊 I know what you mean tho... some (most) vintage tends to be very expensive or overpriced for that it is. The show is hit and miss in terms of prices some booths are very reasonable and some booths are more expensive. I agree, I much prefer Navy to black. haha if you ever come to Toronto try to schedule it around the time of the show!
Such a fun video so great to see the pretty smile on you face and how much joy the clothing show gave you! I like both dresses the fur piece and the stockings. Like you I really like hats too, I thought the the hat you wore the first day was really cute, and I really like the hat with the matching bag at the end of the video! 😊
Thank you so much ! I tried to be more selective with the pieces I bought compared to previous seasons. Sometimes I get too excited and buy things because I love them and then I don't have things to pair them with 😂 I've been trying to change that this year. I think I'll get tons of wear out of the pieces I got!
I love your videos so cute, love your white dress you are wearing want lol and love the black 40s dress you got and black hat so cool ,I wish here in Melbourne we had a vintage events like the one you attend to buy vintage stuff .Hugs xo
Thank you !! its actually a blouse and a skirt! i thrifted both of them 😊 You never know! Do some digging you would be surprised a the vintage shows or vintage popups that happen in your area!
Oh my goodness, everything you bought is so stunning and looks fantastic! It must be such fun looking around such a wonderful market and then discovering treasures. I absolutely loved the black beaded dress!
Thank you !! it can be a little overwhelming at first because you want to look at everything...and also since there is only one of each piece you want to find the best ones before someone else LOL. Its a rush! The beaded dress was such. FIND! I need to find/make an occasion to wear it very soon! How amazing would it be for New Years 😍
I absolutely love this video and this vintage place!!!! What would be great is if you lived a 40s or vintage era lifestyle, complete with a vintage house and car! I do this with the 60s, the only thing I don't have is a 60s era car yet.
haha I had a HUGE 60s phase!! I feel the most creating when i'm dresses in 60s! I don't know what it is? its funny how clothes can affect us so much! I would LOVEE a vintage car! Manifesting this for both of us!
@@CarePinglo Yes I agree clothes can change everything!!!!The 60s is a permanent thing for me, and I’m looking forward to it getting better and better for me!
Since I started wearing vintage t I've stuck a decade for a while and then transitioned into another one. I've been really into the 40s/30s this year and gahh I want to stay in this decade forever, its just hard to find pieces in my size and good condition. The 60s was much easier to shop!
@@CarePinglo Hi 👋, I love what you wrote here, I personally have been leaning towards the sixties for awhile, and at first the clothes were kind of expensive to find, but now I go to Etsy if I need something really hard to get from a store near me. I think any era you’ve done so far is fantastic!! But my advice would be to go with the one that you feel the most comfortable inside when you’re wearing it. Once I decided on the sixties and even the early seventies, I knew my mind was made up when it has become a complete lifestyle for me. My whole apartment is Sixties furniture,I only watch 60s television when I can, and all of my clothes are always Sixties but only 40 percent of it is vintage. The pants I have are 60s or 70s style. I just recently found some pantsuits from the early 70s as well. I’m sorry 😐 my comment is so long.😀
Thank you so much !! You never know ! Do a bit of digging and you might find a vintage show like this in your area or an hour away or maybe little pop up ones !
yes! I always wash all of my vintage/second hand items! I always freeze them for 1-2 weeks and handwash delicates, washing machine for sturdy items (late 50s-60s+). And for pieces I can't wash I take them to the dry cleaners.
Idk I find modern clothing quite boring and ill fitting and a bit too casual for me. I love old Hollywood and how glamourous that era was! I’m very feminine and the past has more styles that look more feminine vs today. This is all just personal opinion on what works for me and what I like for myself 😊
Hello Carolina, I love watching your videos, you always find such unique pieces but this time that last hat+bag set was unbelievable! And you look gorgeous when you wear them, you were made to wear vintage clothes! I have a channel too, I would be so happy if you had a look at it, I speak about vintage too! Hope we can somehow get in touch, it would be fun! Hugs from Italy!
Who needs the easter bunny when you have an easter bonnet? :D You just look completely precious!
With my Easter bonnet I'll be ready for the Easter Parade 😉
@CarePinglo seen some finds I would get😊
That first blue dress you modeled looked stunning on you. By far my favorite of your wardrobe.
Thank you so much ! 😊
I love the white dress with the black bow you wear to share your haul.

Thank you for the vlog 👍, some amazing finds !! I wish I had a thrift store in my area. , I know , sad !! 😭 Happy Fall !!🍁
Take care , Dreamer 😀
Girl I wish we had these shows in my area! Love love love black simple outfit 🖤

You know what, this video actually inspired me to do so aaaand there is in fact something in my city THIS Saturday!
@@zuzannahanna OMG OMG OMG no way !! Haha I hope you go ! 😊😊
@@CarePinglo I really want to but I've catched a cold!😩 Will see!
Have you tried What Katie Did or Secrets in Lace for stockings? I’ve several WKD pairs.
I've been meaning to!! I haven't yet tho!
The fur piece that goes over one's shoulders is to die for. Is there a way to match it with something contemporary for at least semi-daily wear?
ahh I love it !! .... I mean I will probably wear it over a coat for when I am walking around the city! Going to dinner perhaps ???
Do you wash all these items? if so what's the best way to clean/wash your vintage items?
yes! I always wash all of my vintage/second hand items! I always freeze them for 1-2 weeks and handwash delicates, washing machine for sturdy items (late 50s-60s+). And for pieces I can't wash I take them to the dry cleaners.
I loved this so much! Do you know what vintage brand the white dress (top?) With the black bow you were wearing while introducing the clothes?
Thank you !! its actually not vintage ! I thrifted it but its originally from H&M, Probably from 2011-12 ish based on the tag
@@CarePinglo That top is so cute though!
@@CarePinglo you're welcome and thanks!
There is a round cushion on your bed old style where did you get this. I want to send an image but not sure that you can attach image
haha I know what you mean ! I got it from Winners YEARS ago. But I feel like they sell cushions like that all the time
Why don't you like modern clothes?

The navy blue dress is vintage perfection on you.
The sheer dress is gorgeous but I’m not a fan of a dropped waist …
