3 table spoon of butter? Are you mad or what? 1 spoon was enough. And maida or aata is not going to benefit at all in making white sauce. Now i would have to search for a way of making white sauce without maida and atta 🤦♂
You can use oats powder and reduce the quantity of butter to your liking.
