The Harbour Barn Owl & Surprise Visitor Part 2

In this video Carl studies the behaviour of this particular Barn Owl in various wind conditions, he makes several visits and records his sessions, some successes and some failures, Carl describes his focussing techniques for fast moving action and stationary objects using a duel back button focus options pre set with custom switches within the Sony menu system. Focus peaking and manual mode is described with the Sony A7RIV, Carl also uses his 200-600mm lens with the 1.4TC, 4K footage and some slow motion @ 120fps HD. Carl also uses his Nitehawk portable chair hide, a Benro Tripod with the Benro S8 video head. The surprise visitor puts a huge smile on Carl's face, a beautiful moment captured in 4K in glorious sunshine.

Some excellent footage of the owl in slow motion and the deer.
May I suggest that you make a short edited 1-2 minute episode of the deer?
UA-cam viewers have incredibly short attention spans. A money-shot episode of such a beautiful animal, which was filmed perfectly, may get quite a lot of views.
With a bit of good fortune, the short money-shot clip may get you more subs.
BTW just woken up for my last night shift of the week.😁

As for this week, I'm hoping to photograph the Milkyway somewhere dark.
I will of course have another go at filming the owl again. I may only see them for a couple of minutes but that's still awesome to watch.
