@@JuanRempel You need a manual road ranger instead of an auto. You will have more to do. Even better you need 2 sticks to play with instead of just 1. Yep I miss those days really
As soon as i seen the a and w i knew the town was big enough! And then i seen a Sav-on-foods!! The limit for growth has been reached! hahaha My kind of town, you can keep your cities! And a boring highway is no such thing for a farmboy. More opportunity to look around at the scenery. A perfect, 2 cup of coffee video! Thankyou!!
@@JuanRempel Across from Jimmy's "Save On" foods, there is a Buy Low. Used to be an independent called Giant Foods. Jimmy bought them out as they were taking business from his Save On store. Now he owns both. At least Extra Foods came in, though it is noticeably pricier there than the ones in the Okanagan valley.
Love watching your vids. This province is so beautiful. I was born and raised here and will never leave. I asked my kids if they would ever move out of B C BC and they always say no!
Awesome vid thanks! Osoyoos lake is the warmest lake in Canada. But Christina Lake is the warmest tree lined lake in Canada.. For swimming I definitely prefer Christina Lake over Osoyoos lake.
Nice video sir, Viewing date, april-16-21. like em all. Take care Juan, also let you know that there is always good clear commentary. can hear you well. By for now. Kee from swan hills. By the way, yea more snow. Warm temps are soon to come. take care again, kee.
I'm a little concerned about my audio in a week from now, I'm in the new truck and don't have a proper mic mount yet, the dash is so slippery that sticky double sided tape doesn't even work.

We hardly ever see plates here from the East Coast... It's probably the equivalent to seeing a Maine or Hawaii license plate for you. We will occasionally see Quebec plates because they come here to work the orchards and vineyards. Sometimes we see Ontario in the summer, but I say 90% of the plates are from the Provinces of the prairies. So for the majority of us, there's only one red plate :)

I stay at Johnny's when I visit Grand Forks. They are not long term rentals to my knowledge. They rebuilt after the flood of 18. The place beside Johnny's still hasn't opened yet and they are still working on it. That place also has a very old sign. Says "Color TV". They also had colour spelt wrong. Canada uses the UK spelling. If you go to YT, the BC Ministry of Transportation has video of most of the highways in BC in 1966, time lapse. Cool to see the changes. Johnny's is still there. If you like peace and quiet, Grand Forks has that at night.
I lived there for a spell and still have relatives there. Most in the past just made their $$ and moved. Town has many areas which are poorly laid out, ie Parkwood Mall. But if you like the outdoors it is worth checking out. Being at a crossroads you will be getting all types of people.
You end the videos with fondness in your voice. 💥
Loved the video
🐨Good evening Juan
It means a lot to me how you are consistent with videos, thankyou
I tend to forget how beautiful this country really is.
Yea, me to, I even go as far as calling these rides boring, I have to remember to enjoy the scenery.

Yea boss would prefer that too, but the ankle I broke years ago says that's a no go.
I like these h'ways
They are not boring. I know your teasing Marka 😋

As long as you go visit some of the rest of the country. I love BC, but there's so much more to visit.
I am sure if you live in Prince George, you may change your mind.
What's wrong with PG, I have family there and they love it. I guess it always depends what your into.
I never get tired of driving this Hwy:)

Nice, the insulation go to the coast?
Edmonton actually

We need young folks starting out to build us up
See you tomorrow 👋
Small country towns don't like new folks moving in around here.
Same here, small towns have had it a certain way for so long that a new person upsets the routine.
@@JuanRempel They don't mind the people so much as the lefty/sjw/hipster attitude. Look what happens to states when left leaning Californians move in.
I'm running really late tonight 😕
