I've always wondered who the true left arm GOAT is, so I decided to do a bit of a deep dive on some suitable candidates. Thank you to all the viewers that voted in the poll!

No, he's not. Denis himself attributes much of his success in left hand matches due to the fact that most pullers barely or never train their left anymore. In terms of total accomplishments on left both John and Travis have achieved far more for a longer period of time with Travis being the most accomplished left hand puller ever. Denis didn't compete very much in his prime, so his unbeaten record in left is super overrated.

the highest peak: denis left arm 2018 and travis left arm 2016. the best left-hander in history in my opinion is travis, more than anything because of his great longevity. The guy was number 1 in the world with his left hand in a lot of different situations and the difference he made over the rest in tournaments with his left hand was ridiculous. But Denis is also a valid choice and Oleg is the best p4p of all time on the left hand.

laletin was totally destroying denis left in training for his 2018 match with devon. I dont think denis was at his peak there. his peak probably was before his first retirement (2015 or 2016 If I'm not mistaken, his match with devon in 2018 was already a comeback, his body probably was already giving signs It couldnt take It anymore)
@@goldtaker95that was a practice match to help laletin, he was denis's trainee and then was when denis only slept for 2 hours. In a real match laletin got run over easily by zhokh and denis toyed with zhokh. Denis's peak was in 2018, armwrestling strength wise and early 2010s in size wise.
@@darthvader7886 laletin loss to zohk years before, when he was much skinner. so that they would have a rematch at the same event of denis vs devon if it wasnt for the tragedy. denis at his prime should never be steamrolled by laletin like that under any circumstance
and like I said, denis was already doing a comeback at that time, not at his prime at all (he himself admitted he didnt focus much on strength for larrat left, he focused more on endurance)

Denis has the most impressive win percentage, as far as I’m concerned. Travis took too many left arm losses by comparison.

But I didn't realize Brzenk was that successful and had that many titles on the left so I would've changed my vote to Brzenk after this video lol. To me it's the wins and titles that make a arm wrestler get the goat and or legendary status. The only person even close to Brzenk thats eventually gonna be in the convo of the goat is Devon. But for now Brzenk has the goat status imo 💪🐐

And you're clearly new here, levan has slowrr down after he became no.1 from 2017 he was a regular destroyer of waf and eaf. Only larratt can match that level of dominance since larratt too went against elite guys and won in dominant fashion recently.
