    Sir could you please explain how power of e changed from -minus to + plus in conjugation proof's third step we can clearly see the change in power of e from second to third step sir could you please explain that

      First he applied conjugation on both sides in the 2nd step.So j becomes -j.
      In the 3rd step, he replaced w with -w

    in the conjugation section why didn't you put j as -j for LHS when you took conjugation on both sides in the same way you put w as -w

    Im confused why when you take the fourier transform of x*(t) you took the conjugate of the exponential too... why dont just use the fourier transform formula in the first place?

      Oh I get it now, it's for the sake of proof. It becomes non FT though, that is why we say f -> -f

      as long as you are adding minus to both sides it should be alright, so if there wasn't any w on the other side to do so then yea you were right

      fourier series we find when signal is periodic . when signal is not periodic then we take fourier transform.
