I wanted to say thank you again for your content, particularly your Philidor stuff. When I get tired of sharp lines in the modern that I can't quite handle, it seems to be that I fall back on.
Great, very instructive! Just played a game against the Alapin! My opponent set up a very strong centre and wrecked my pawn structure, only reason I won was because I was super annoying with my Queen leading him to blunder his pawns and eventually his Queen. What's really cool is that other Channels often cover the Sicilian as well, by cross referencing different ideas it allows us to truly enrich our learning experience!
Hopefully you’ll read this, please keep your videos coming. I love your content on the black lion. I’m learning a lot from you. Thanks so much!!!! Also please don’t remove any videos. I went through and copied the links to all my favorites and go back to them for learning purposes. Again great content, you’re a great chess player!
I have only recently discovered your site but l’m enjoying your videos and learning a lot. In your Colle-Z ‘tips & tricks’ video you mentioned a follow up to g6. Do you plan to share your experiences in responding to kingside fianchetti? Regardless, take care and thanks for all your hard work.
Great video as usual. Any chance we can get your opinion on the philidor countergambit? I like to use it from time to time against opponents who already know I play the philidor and think they can beat me at my own game hahaha. It devastates the opponent if they accepts the gambit but also isn't a hindrance if they decline it! What are your thoughts? I'd love to hear what you think about it.

@@firsonazhar7328 yeah all three of those lines I mentioned up there are winning for white. But I have a bunch of dudes at my chess club who know I only play the Philidor so it’s a great tool to use against club players who aren’t prepared for it.

Hey Sean, you plan to make any more videos soon?
You should consider creating a Delayed Alapin course in Chessable. I'm not aware of any other titled player using it as much as you.
Qxd5 looks promising at 9:20

Hey Dylan! Which line specifically is the countergambit? Is it the early g4?
