*As a British who went to Tunisia in the summer of 2022 I can confirm that this country Tunisia is one of the best countries in the world ! I love the weather there with the food (I like spicy food) and the beach 😍🤩 this summer I will return to Tunisia 💗*
Mlokhiya is a Tunisian dish. It later spread to other countries, but the method of cooking mlokhiya, which lasts for long hours, is only found in Tunisia, the country of mlokhiya
Its hard to choose honestly, I had Putanesca (pasta with tuna and olives and stuff) here in La Marsa, Tunis. Tried other things like lablabi, maqlub, and a bunch of things i dont know the name of. *really* not a fan of anything spicy or that includes harissa though.
Not really. For example, Tunisians and Morrocans cook Tajines and Couscous, but use different ingredients, spices,... Tunisians eat a lot of pasta, Moroccans not so much. Each country has different specialities. You should try both !
Not that much, the "structure" of the meal is the same but the add-on dishes and spices differ a lot. A huge Salam to my Moroccan 5ti & 5o in this World Cup Period.
No, it is not the same in Tunisia. For example, couscous is originally Tunisian. It is red in color and is made with red pepper, harissa, and tomatoes. While they are white in color. As for the rest of the foods, they have no relation to each other at all
Love to seem them codeswitching from Arabic to French, very interesting.

I’m from New Zealand and know about mloukhiya😊
Nice 👍🏾 would love to try their recommendations when I visit Tunisia. Cheers from India!
I loved this. Now I want to visit and eat Brika 😀
