@@eb9826 oh great! The whole area is good but probably most interesting toward the east of Satara. The lions displace the other predators so you can see things like dogs and cheetah unpredictably around.
Thanks for watching! March is the end of summer, so it’s a time for birds to return north (they are still around) the rain has made things very green and the grass will have grown tall (making it more difficult to see animals). There will be abundant young animals about 4-5 months old. Plenty of food and water for predators and antelope. It’s likely the animals will be dispersed as there is a lot of grazing and water. However, the scenery will be beautiful, probably still quite green. There may be standing areas of water in Hwange National park. Still large build ups of cloud in the afternoon and some terrific. Thunderstorms. In South Africa, in Kruger maybe a little les so, further south the autumn will have progressed a bit more. The weather may be more settled. Gorgeous days - April is a lovely month. It’s a lovely time of year, especially in northern Kruger for birds returning north. But animals although plentiful will be harder to see due to the grass. Also the sun will still be rising quickly and the light will be harsher than in the winter months - especially further north. Hope this paints a picture and assists
