The following .22 cal. pellets that are mostly accurate on most pcps are JSB 15.89 & 18.13 gr. and also 25.39 gr. ultrashock hollowpoints, H& N Baracuda domes 21.14 gr. 553mm headsize, Airarms field Diablos 18.00 gr.
Try getting some JSB 18.13 gr pellets for better accuracy, cost more but worth it. I have the same rifle and glass, Jsb's will group under a dime at 30 yards for 10 shots. Will group about 5/8" at 50 yards. Give them a try.
Thank you for sharing your video JP. I own two acres in Central Arizona and like to keep my property free of rodents quietly. I've been an avid shooter for over 40 years but have never owned an air rifle except bb guns when I was a kid. I'm looking at that Custom Shop Maurader with a regulator and the Lothar Walther .22 barrel. I like to buy American whenever possible so I think it's probably a good option. I'm looking to shoot sub .5" groups at 50 yards without breaking the bank. I think with some tuning and pellet experimentation, the MRod can do it. Thanks again for the info amigo.
That is a terrible grouping for a marauder at 24 yards. I get that and better with my Sig ASP20 all the time. My Beeman R7 even better than the Sig. I am sure the Marauder would do much better with a quality pellet.
I found the Crosman Premier pellets to be the least accurate in my gas ram guns. JSB's worked very well. Of course every rifle will determine what it likes. Hunting? Where you live? HAHA..... better hurry! open land is getting scarce! I live on the west coast of Fl and it's the same story. Gets harder and harder to find places to go.
Did I miss it or did you not mention a critical test factor, the target distance?

What is the distance? Why many UA-camrs don't give that important piece of information. 😣
Also try the AA 16gr and JOSH 15.89 . They do pretty good in my rifle.

Not sure. But no changes where made from the manufacture. Straight out of the box.

Public grounds normally when it’s in season. But I’ve also hunted in private land which is a whole lot better experience.
