This promotional program is a separate promotional program, and it will not be applied in parallel with any other occurring Trantech’s programs. Therefore, in the time frame of this campaign, other promotions will not be effective, including but not limited to:
- rebate program, and
- exclusive price program, and
- price support program.
For Trantech’s customers who are having online credits available in their account (from previous orders that were completed before this program), it is eligible for all those customers to use the online credit to make a new purchase. However, as mentioned in condition A4., the new purchases will not be applied for the rebate program.
Customers can use their existing rebate credits (from previous orders that were completed before this program) to pay for the new order. However, they will be ineligible for a badge for that transaction.
