Perfect video. Well made, clear, short, informative. Thanks a lot for the help. Always a lot better to see somebody do it before you jump in.
Perfect, my 750 is fighting me so this helps
I know it doesn’t matter now but a future viewer might see this. I think that mystery hose feeds your headlight washers.
Hi! Great video, do you know how i can get the plastic of the front bumper?
Sorry that was a long time ago, I do not remember. Does it unbolt from the backside?
Hello, how are you my friend? If possible, replace the front bumper screw, how do I do it?
Hi, sorry but I no longer have this car to show how.
@@6thGearGarage Thank you so much
Not sure what the second hose is, but I'm going to be pulling my bumper soon, so I'll try and figure it out. I suspect on cars with PDC there will also be a few more cables to disconnect too.
Super usefull, my dad passed away this year and while his beloved 7series has been sat on the drive someone’s come and smashed the bumper, getting it off and fixing it myself is something I’m capable of but simply didn’t want to try removing it before I watched someone else do it.
Sorry to hear about your dad... he had great taste in cars. The E38 7 series was the height of the golden era for the full size BMW sedan.
شكرا
Thank you for the great how-to video. Funny, I bought my silver 2001 740i in Ohio with a dead condenser fan 6 months after you made this... :D
I hope yours wasn't as rusty as mine!
Очень круто, спасибо за видео!
Bro where you at so that there's salt on your bolts bro
Ohio, where vehicles go to die
I got the same he 3801 with a f***** up front bumper and trim trying to go about fixing it as I just bought a car with less miles considering taking all the trim off the front and the front bumper off with the car still be drivable without front bumper and all the trim where the fog lights are and how much do you think a car like this would be worth at this point
@@wildwesternwilson5140 I see E38's that need work go for $1k around here. Decent examples go for $2-3k depending on mileage, options, maintenance etc.
@@6thGearGarage well at least that will guide me in the right direction out in the west coast
Do you still have this front bumper available for sale? Thanks
Sorry I do not. It had some cracks in the plastic and was not in that good of condition.
How can I boost my 4.4 to a 5.0
Just don't...
How to remove the headlight washers? Vital info missing to take out the bumper
