I would visit them both, but it would be a hardpass to live on both of them.
First! Also, I have a friend who wants to start painting chaos units, particularly daemon engines, so could you do a lore vid on the vehicles of chaos and how the warp works with those?
Sora Dawson daemon engines require a warpsmith, chaos sorcerer and dark apostle working together in perfect harmony to forcibly trap a daemon the Immaterium into them. Hence they are rare amd always in the patron Daemons colors ie Khorne etc. By lore rules of the 40k universe there should be very few at any given because one small mistake between the three means death but the WAAC mindset means that this is often ignored.
I'll have to introduce chaos space marines and such but I will try in the near future. Can't say when though.
How many centurys seperate the birth of Slannesh and the begining of the age of strife?
Its been retconned a couple of times so there's no clear answer.
You should talk about worlds corrupted by chaos and the actions of the inquisition on them
I'm still trying to figure out how to approach chaos "mortals" since I only covered the chaos gods and their daemons so far.
GrimDark Narrator you mean the mortal servants of chaos? If so, it would be cool if you talked about chaos cults and traitor legions.
I'll probably start with chaos cults or some general stuff about chaos space marines. Kinda hard to talk about the traitor legions when I barely covered 1 primarch so far, lol.
I would not last long on either of these world types. They would burn me like a heretic as soon as they found me and subdued me. *cough*
You might do some damage before they do though. Don't sell yourself short :D
I really wish the Emperor would wake up fully. I wonder if the Imperium would abandon its Emperor-cult or if civil war would break out.
Knowing how happy imperials are when forced to work together, I'd wager on civil war. There is bound to be some group which will claim the Emperor is false or something.
It could also be possible that the Emperor allows the cult to continue just with some slight modifications due to the fact that it has created some benefits such as a few documented case were living saints were able to easily defeat daemon prince's. Its even theorized that Saints such as Celestine are actually greater daemons of the emperor.
As long as they get the job done :P
I already do live tecnecly and did live in ah hive world.
it's bad either way.
mines just smaller.
same person,same place,except I can evolve now.
less warped then the 1st time around.
So 32000 hive worlds.
With an average of 15 hive cities on each.
With about 55 billion people
Totalling to around 8.54 quintillion.....holy fuck that's alot.
On the bright side, there's really good odds of finding your soulmate.
Yeah if you don't mind the fact, that your furutre spouse has been deided for you before you were born.
In case of lowly hive workers, the spouse of your grand-grand-grand-grandson is probably decided too. They have very little to look up to in life.
Didn't think about it that way :) I actually meant with that many people, there's bound to be someone for you, lol.
with all this talk of the planets that the bulk of the Imperium live, I've been wondering, what is the actual Imperial economy like? Do they use paper money? coins? digital cred sticks? Or is the entirety of humanity without the need for currency to barter with, and instead barters with the ol' "I'm more important than you, gimme your stuff." philosophy?
I think all of the above are correct. There is no unified currency in the Imperium. There are too many planets, too many cultures, too many different values for x or y products. There's certainly money but it can take probably any form. If you're a space trader, you probably do runs between planets in a certain sector that use the same currency. And there must also be a number of universal currencies that troops of the Imperial Guard can use. However, for higher ups, like an Inquisitor or Space Marines on a mission, they can indeed just requisition anything without paying.
philosophy is riligion.
they're the same thing.
Except anyone can have a philosophy about something but there's only so many churches.
Neither. I'd live on Mcragge.
That has its slums also :D
Excellent video 👍
Thanks :)
