I know the audience base for making fine dining dishes at home is small, but you should feel encouraged and keep making these high quality videos. You should buy some micron filter bags. If you are going to do consume the whole point is clarification. A micron bag will pull the particles the centrifuge didnt separate.
Is it just the camera mishap or were there some small bits of strawberry in the finished product. It is still good. I think the devs need to refine that apparatus more. Consommé is supposed to be clear of small particles. Different color sure but clear. Right?

IMHO, I've clarified strawberries in a Spinzall more times than I can remember. Pectin-x is more than enough. I feel you can whole hog omit the Chitosan.

You cant anymore... they went quick and are selling used for about 2k (they were about 800 when readily available.). Rumor has it that they're doing a refresh in 2023.

I used to do a grilled scallop app with a strawberry coriander Beurre blanc that was delicious.
