It still baffles me how someone who puts so much effort into their videos gets so little attention. I have never touched GTA or Mafia or any open world crime game other than Yakuza, which shares practically nothing with any other open world crime game, so I'm a bit of an outsider to this genre, but I am amazed at how this game manages to capture it's time period and feel. Shit looks right out of The Godfather.
Thanks! I need to actually settle down and play through Yakuza one of these days. I own almost all of them but only ever played Zero, liked it a lot, but never ended up finishing it. The characters and cinematics are more than worth it the atmosphere driving around elevates the game significantly for me. I still think that this era of crime has a lot of untapped potential.
