    What do I ask for at the hardware store to get the bladder? (is it a uv stabilized rubber?, and if so, how thick is it?)

    • @FlexiBiogas
      @FlexiBiogas  Рік тому +1

      It's typically made of a UV-stabilized flexible PVC material, and the thickness can vary depending on the manufacturer and size of the bladder.

    Please will digester balloon ever get to full to brim, Then what to do?

    • @FlexiBiogas
      @FlexiBiogas  14 днів тому

      The system can not get full because it has an inlet and outlet. Works the same way as our digestive system.

    Do you run a training program on site or online for interested candidates. If yes how long does it take to get complete a training program of the overall packages you offer? From Nigeria

      Unfortunately we don't offer training like in school or something. The kind of training we offer is on installation and maintainance of the biogas system during installation.

      Human waste in terms of biogas production is very little, so we've designed the Bio-San toilet for managing human waste in a sanitary manner - biogas.co.ke/biosans-gas-systems/

    Why doesn't the methane escape from the exhaust waste pipe? Is it because it is so light it is trapped at the highest point?

    • @FlexiBiogas
      @FlexiBiogas  Рік тому

      The waste inside the digester settles at the bottom, sealing any routes for the gas to escape, and the gas floats and its's piped straight to the point of use.

      First of all, am soooo excited about this technology because I just bought 3 acres of land in a rural area (my friends made fun of me, not knowing that I can have such projects going which would make me very independent from utility companies). Thank you for sharing the technology and for the work you put in.
      That aside, how much electricity can the family size (4 - 6 people) bio digester generate? Can I light up my entire house (4 bedrooms; dining; kitchen etcetera), and for how long? Please, tell me more, how electricity is generated using this system.
      Man! Am gonna have one these on my rural 3 acre land.
      Godfrey

      @FlexiBiogas  Рік тому

      Congratulations on your land purchase! It's great to hear that you're excited about implementing this technology on your property.
      Biogas can generate electricity but it's very wastefull. Solar is best for lighting and for powering electric equipment then biogas does all the heating requirements.
      So once you have both you are rendered off-grid.

    how are each chamber isolated from the other chambers?

    • @FlexiBiogas
      @FlexiBiogas  Рік тому

      They have sections in there that separate each chamber and the balloons trap gas from every section.

    Can this be compressed into house hold gas cylinder and be sold ?

    • @FlexiBiogas
      @FlexiBiogas  Рік тому +2

      It's possible to compress the gas in cylinders but it's not commercially feasible. Biogas can end up being more expensive than other forms of energy.

    • @1Bhishu
      @1Bhishu Рік тому +1

      It's dangerous to compress. It will explode. It has to go through processes of removing other gases

    • @Dhairsculptor
      @Dhairsculptor Рік тому +1

      What are the factors that will prompt the high cost of it. I felt it should be more cheaper than any other form of gas

    • @FlexiBiogas
      @FlexiBiogas  Рік тому +1

      Once you start compressing thats when the expenses kick in. But it's so far the cheapeset form of renewable energy when it's used as it's being produced.

    Can he talk about the filter on the wall, how was it build to remove sulfur?

    • @FlexiBiogas
      @FlexiBiogas  Рік тому +1

      Because of the design of the Flexi Biogas system, impurities such as sulfur and other trace gases are in the region of less than 1%. The gas is piped straight from the digester to the kitchen. However, when utilising the gas in machines, we pipe the gas through a desulfurizer (a container containing sulfur pallets) to filter out the sluphur.
