- Hey Friends! I think you're gonna LOVE today's video! I headed out to The Junk Ranch last week, which happens 3 times a year in northwest Arkansas. It's an amazing vintage and antique fair, nestled right outside historic Prairie Grove.
Come along shopping with me, and then enjoy a few highlights of the rest of Prairie Grove :) There's a short bonus haul at the end of the video too!

I was the first vendor by the gate. I saw you in the next booth and didn’t think you’d been in my booth. So I was pleasantly surprised to see lots of footage of my patriotic decor in the beginning of the video. We’re so fortunate to have The Junk Ranch right here in NWA.
Hi Shara! I loved all of your patriotic creations! You are very talented-hope you had a great show :)
Shara - do you sell somewhere online, please?
Your booth is so cute!!!! I love the BINGO cards and all of your assemblages!!
@@heatherharmon2679 Thank you! This was my first time trying patriotic assemblages. I almost sold out! Christmas is my main crafting holiday.
Shara your 4th products and staging are amazing! We forget that honestly for some items color is the big ticket. Add a few flags and sparkle ✨✨ and you're there! 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thanks for taking us along. So much fun and lots of great "junk".
You’re welcome Marilyn 😊 Thanks for watching!
Yes yes please take us threw the corner vintage shop
Thank you for taking us along with you. Before my daughter married and moved to Michigan, spending the day in Prairie Grove was our favorite Mother/Daughter day out.
That’s a great thing to share with a daughter Denise :)
Loved Junk Ranch and the tour of the town. Would love to see you take us a long on a shopping trip to those cute shops.
Thanks Jill!
Yes, please tour the antique shops. Show us all the goodness in Prairie Grove. Great video.

Thanks Delores…hopefully I can make it happen 😁
The bird feed, the Toile Tray for me. Great finds Melanie!
that little house with the drawers! ahhh
It’s my favorite thing 😍😍
I’m so happy you found my booth!! 🎉🎉🎉 forgot you got the milk glass pieces and the Last Supper!! The Junk Ranch will be the first weekend in October this fall!! And yes you need to come back to downtown I’m Daisies and Olives and yes we need a new tour of All the stores. Maybe a tip video on how to film in stores etc. thanks again for coming out !! 💖💖💖💖

That ship painting was incredible! I collect ship paintings 😍
How fun! And it was a pretty great painting!

Great! I’ve got a tour coming soon :)
Such a charming town yes, would love to see more of the antique stores please!
The new video is up sharing more of two of them !
What a great price on the Last Supper picture! A great addition to your collection! Looks like you had a fun day!
It was 😊 thanks so much!
Loved Junk Ranch! Saw some great pieces I would love to own! Thx for taking us along!!!!
So much junk. So little room for it all 😊
OMG book me a plane trip! I’d love to visit Prarie Grove. Please do a walk through of those shops for UA-cam for this lady in Australia! Just loving these videos. Thank you!
Can't believe it. I've never heard of the junk ranch. So happy you shared and I stumbled on your video.
Awesome! So glad :)
Lovely finds. TFS
Those green bookcases near green box you were looking at would be great planter, just take out the middle panels and whallla you have a wooden planter. You could either leave the back or take that out also. Its the quickest way to make a planter.
That’s a great idea Christine!
Thank you for showing us this fabulous Junk Ranch. Now I have Prairie Grove JR on my vintage/antique to visit list. And yes, yes, please on doing a clip on Southern Mercantile in future.
Great! I’ll plan a video for later this summer :)
I second Vivian's motion.
A great place for a day trip walking trails picnic
It really is Kathy!
Thank you for taking us with you! Loved the Antique Fair. I shared this with my husband and he was enthused (just like me) to taking a trip to Prairie Grove ourselves.
That’s great!
I love the doll house
Junk Ranch was really cool and I would love a tour of some of those antique stores in prairie grove.
Thanks for watching! We’ll see when we can get a tour of those local places too
Loved it! Looks like a lot of fun!
Hope to visit Prairie Grove when traveling through! Thanks for the tour.
More excited now to make this trip 2023. Just a couple weeks away
Yay!! I’ll be there, if you see me say hi!
Hi, this is my first video, thank you.
Thanks so much for watching!
TFS loved the little tour around 🇬🇧
I went to junk ranch with my sisters this year because I saw your video from last year. We drove 12 hours from Wisconsin. We had so much fun and filled up our vehicle:)
Wow! That’s so fun! And a looong drive! So glad you made it down though and sounds like you had a great haul :)
Thank you so much for taking us to Prairie Grove. It was so much fun watching you shop at the flea market and I like everything that you I brought home with you. That cute little cabinet that looks like a doll house is wonderful, I’ve never seen anything like it. I especially enjoyed that you took your time to take us around the city and show us some of the shops and the parks and the homes. I am a fairly new follower of you and I don’t know in what part of the country you’re located. I would love to visit Prairie Grove But I have a feeling that it’s pretty far away from me. We don’t have any nice small towns like that around here. I live in Southern California close to Disneyland. I would really enjoy it if you took us back and showed us around all of the quaint shops in the downtown area. I am enjoying all of your videos!
Thanks Phyllis! Yes, we’re in Northwest Arkansas…so that’s quite a ways for you :)
Thanks for taking us along with you! So many Interesting Finds, we especially loved the paintings :)
I was blessed to get to go to junk ranch this year and last year. I’m from Springfield Missouri. I bought several smalls that I incorporate and crafts that I make. I had a great time.
That is awesome! So glad you made it down :)
Enjoyed this video and what you found. The town is is so quaint. Loved that church. It is sad that it is not a place of worship anymore. It would make a beautiful shop or home. you are a wonderful host in this video.
15:00 that tray!! And everything else you saw. Thanks so much for filming for us too old or heat intolerant or whatever to go to Arkansas or CantonTX or any other big amazing market
It is HOT right now!! I always skipped Canton during the summers 🥵
@@LostFoundDecor the heat added to the distances you have to walk there to park and shop is truly miserable
What a quaint, perfect town to thrift.✨👏🏻
It is a nice place to spend some time :)
It was our first time viewing your channel and we were delighted! You did a wonderful job of showing us the flea market and especially enjoyed the info about the town, too. Keep it up! We are new fans! XOX
Thanks so much Julee! So glad you enjoyed it :)
Cool finds!
What a sweet town. I would love to see any shops you want to share.
My grandmother painted the paint by number Last Supper many many years ago. I had it framed and it hangs in my nephew’s church, as he is a Pastor.
Thanks that was fun 💖
Love this video so fun ! Love your trips and show n tell after very exciting!!
Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed!
Great haul of goodies! Yes, those milk glass vases are unique; I love them! Thank you for the show tour!

I just loved the metal roller coaster toy!!! Thanks for bringing us along to this super fun vintage market...I enjoyed the entire video!!!
I think that was my favorite thing I saw! Glad you appreciated it too :)
Yay! Thanks so much! And yes that roller coaster toy was super fun 🤩
Thank you for taking us along on the Junk fair! Wow such beautiful vintage decor👍Especially that large red cabinet !
I know! There was so so so much to see!
I love how you placed the little set of drawers that looked almost like a doll house next to your books. Great look. When I do something like that in my House I find myself admiring it Over and over again. Some things just look terrific. Other times it’s WHAT WAS I THINKING? 🤔 I do enjoy your channel!
Thanks Jackie! My husband teases me because I have a smattering of vintage miniatures in our living room :) This one was too hard to pass up!
What a pretty little town . And some awesome finds!
It’s small, but packs a antique punch :)
I do antique store tours on my channel, so of course....YES! I would love to see a tour of the Southern Mercantile!!!!!!!
I absolutely love this content you share shopping along with you on such a fun event. Makes me want to travel down and attend the next one.
I hope you do come!
We’ve always loved going to Prairie Grove. My favorite piece you got is the bird feeder. It’s such a fun town to go to for a day trip. Thank you for sharing your adventure with us.
Thanks Vickie! The bird feeder was pretty great.
I love the ship picture
It was a great print!
Thank you for sharing. This is only 3 hours away from me & I've never heard of it. I have added this to my bucket list.

That ironstone is wonderful!!!!!
I’m glad you can appreciate it too :)
I would love to visit!!
Loved it all!!--Texas
Hello Melanie, I am Sheila. I graduated from Farmington high school in 1994. ( big school rivals) I remember so much the Prairie Grove area. As a girl in marching band in the clothesline fair parade, and being so hot and marching around that big curve, we played softball in mars park where you were. I got my first softball blackeye and my husband who’s then I dated was out of town and when he came back, everybody thought he did it lol.
We got married in the Centerpoint Church of god church up on the hill across the street from that red barn. That was so good seeing your video.
Hi Sheila! Thanks for your comment and for watching, glad you enjoyed it!
Junk Ranch and Prarie Grove are going on my list of places to visit. And yes, a tour of Prarie Grove and their stores would be a fun video. Always enjoy your videos. The thrifting, antiquing, and teaching videos too!
You’ll enjoy it Victoria whenever you come to visit 😃
Great stuff loved it
Thanks so much!
What a nice market! I totally would have bought those vintage botanicals in the bamboo frames. I’m having a huge bamboo moment in my home. Great job.
I wish I would have snagged them for you 😉
Looked like a fun market with good variety! Enjoyed the tour. Hope you will show us how you styled the pieces that you kept for your home.🙂
Thanks Donna!
The basket would be great for rolled bath towels! Thank you for sharing your haul
Thanks for watching :)
Would love to see more if Prarie Grove.
Great!
I live in Prairie Grove absolutely love it here.
Such a large market I was shocked there was nothing of real quality. Then I remembered you were in Arkansas, the state that gave us Bill and Hilary. It all became clear.
Wonderful fun! I would love to visit Prairie Grove.
I hope you can sometime! Thanks for watching :)
Love the way you take us to see the tomen
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the tour too :)
Just discovered your Chanel! I would have purchased the same items, including that trunk, just delicious! Would love if you did a tour of antique stores on Main Street, sweet!
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the bonus travelogue!! Great fun and no, never been to Prairie Grove but now I feel like I've been!😉
Thanks for watching Robin 😊
Looks to be a great market a lot if variety a good prices.A lot of markets are pricing themselves into bankruptcy just because it is old does not mean that it is worth a lot of money
Wonderful video-first time I have seen one of yours. I really enjoyed the market, your interests, and the tour of the town. I can’t believe what great prices there were at the market! Prices here in Nashville have gotten outrageous. Nice to know there are still places you can fund great things for great prices!❤️
Thanks so much for watching Tommie! And yes, I know that some places prices are crazy
Been here in mountain pine AR. For about 15 years didn't know there was such a place have been to Amity trade days. Thank u for sharing ❤
Always welcome!
I missed the $1 ironstone too! I would have been going crazy in there. Junk Ranch is one of my very faves but the prices have gone up over the years. I used to load up my ol’ suburban with great finds but not anymore. I still LOVE to go though, always fun! We just moved our daughter to Rogers in May. I told her to please be finding some great places to go junking. She mentioned Somewhere in Time. Can’t wait to hit some of the shops around there and check out your booth! 💚
Yes, I agree. Prices have for sure gone up! But I think overall the vendor quality has gone up too. I hope your daughter enjoys the area!
Agree with the church needs to be loved again. !I've the house being restored. Obviously one can see how the house was added on as family grew.
It was so nice to meet you in person! It’s funny how social media lets us feel so connected and as if I’ve known you forever. ☺️
Yes! It really does. So glad we could connect 😊
Wish it lived closer 😁 Thanks 💕
You’re welcome! Thanks for watching 😁😁
Love going along with you to Junk Ranch. You found some great things - I especially love the tole tray as I collect them!
Hey Judy! I was first up in the video again!
@@SharaStacks I have to look again! I missed you.
@@SharaStacks I did see you! I was looking for your great sign, but didn’t see it. Great booth as usual. So colorful and fun.
Thanks Judy!
Thank you for posting about Prairie Grove. I went to the Ranch for the first time this year. Looking forward to going back in October and want to go through the town too. I’m a new subscriber.
Thanks Jina! Be sure the check out the video I recently posted about going with my family…we explored two of my favorite antique shops in Prairie Grove. You can get a sneak peek!!
Loved Junk Ranch, wished I was there with you!
Thanks Shelly!
Liked and Subscribed! First video watched! Right up my alley, looking forward to more watching more videos!❤
Thanks Jenny! So glad we’re in the same “love the junk” club :)
I would of had loads of fun, looking at all the cool stuff, but the prices seemed high. I loved going with you and not buying anything 😉 and my husband thanks you for that lol😂
Sometimes virtual shopping is the best kind, right? It is a market that caters more to final buyers rather than resellers, so some prices are a bit higher. There are deals to b e had though if you’re willing to dig!
Such fun….I live in Bella Vista and have never been to PG. looks fabulous!!! Enjoyed your video tour of down town.
Really? You should make the trip down then for sure!
Just subscribed! Found you today. I love Prairie Grove. My husband 5th great grandmother is buried there. That you for a wonderful tour. We hadn't discovered the flea market yet either Our granddaughter and her husband are outside Rogers near Pea Ridge so we'll all have to go.
Thanks for the sub! I’m planning a trip back this week to film more of the antique shops :)
Oh my word! What a precious little town. TY. The ironstone set is beautiful. I think Arkansas is really pretty. New subscriber here from south FL.
Thanks for the sub Lisa!
What an awesome place and event! The prices seemed really reasonable. Some of the various vintage market sales seem to have a lot higher prices. Thanks, this was a super nice video!!❤❤
Thanks Alisa 😁
When you were looking at the pitcher in the beginning of the video, there was an 'end of day' vase in from of it. Pottery was often dipped in various colors to get the swirl effect at the end of the day. I collect them! ❤️
I saw a Last Supper picture on Tuesday at my local CA and I immediately thought of you. 😊
That’s awesome! I am not familiar with that pottery but love learning! Wish I could have snagged it for you :)
Wow Lisa, I didn’t know about the “end of the day”’pottery. That’s super cool! What a great thing to collect :) And that’s fun about the Lord’s Supper pic…thanks for thinking of me 😊
Great video
Thanks Anita! Glad you enjoyed it 😊
Cute little town.
It really is :) Thanks for watching
I would love to see all the antique stores you did not have time for.
I’ll plan a trip back!
Wow what a cool vintage shopping trip, and such a sweet looking little town..I would loooove to spend the day shopping in Prairie Grove,it just looked so layed back..I bet when there's not anything special going on its like Mayberry, lol
I live in Western KY so I doubt I will be heading there anytime soon, but you definitely gave me a place to show my hubby to maybe do a weekend road trip to in the Fall..I'm looking for Vintage post cards, letters, diaries, old jars of Vintage buttons for my junk journaling- I think I would have found it all in Prairie Grove lol
The mini doll house and bird feeder were my favorite of you're finds..Thnx for taking us along and showing us a beautiful little town and all you're awesome finds..I'm new to you're channel and look forward to watching you treasure hunt in different places!
Have a beautiful and blessed day❤️
Thank you Susie! I bet you have some fun places to shop in Western Kentucky!
You are very welcome!! Yes there are some great places to shop and beautiful places to travel here in Western Kentucky..Just nothing very close to me unfortunately...
There is this thing coming up this Friday and Saturday called Hwy
41 Yard Sales..I think it's like 300 or so miles long..I'm heading out to that early Friday morning to look for me some treasures, lol
Oh, that looks like Heaven to me! I’m a vintage seller on Etsy, and I could have bought my inventory for the next 5 years 🥰
You should plan a trip down! Hope your business is going well :)
I haven’t been a subscriber long so I was surprised to realize you were in Arkansas. I come from a farm family “originally” from Arkansas. All of our family reunions are held there. It’s odd, no matter that I have lived in other states since I was a baby when I think of home I always think of a small town in Arkansas. I think Arkansas kind of does that to people.
Thanks for sharing that Judy :) I didn’t grow up here, but my husband did. It’s really a great place to be!
