With this being said, my only critique is to mention the upfront cost of installing firewalls and internet security protocols, which cost me an additional $2,500 dollars. Very informative. How would the funding for loans to borrowers be accessed? Or would this structure be a one of the "net branches" of an existing mortgage loan company?
do you know how i can find an independent mortgage broker here in missouri, usa? i can only find mortgage lenders, or loan officers that work with certain lenders. thanks.

Did you buy the property as an investment property originally or a primary and moved out? How long have you been renting it out for and have you claimed the income on your taxes yet?
