Thoughts and prayers go out to all of the people close to him
I worked at a company years ago. Got a call in the middle of the night from my dispatcher, he informed me that since I was passing through Tulsa, I would need to go and rescue one of our driver’s trucks because he was arrested for stopping at a gas station for cars and yelling at people. He was under the influence of meth and they found like an ounce in his truck. This is real in the trucking community I guess. It’s normal to pass drug tests with fake urine.
A friend of mine used to have a couple trucks. One of his drivers called him at 2am screaming that he needed help because Indians were circling him shooting arrows at the truck. Dude had been awake for almost 6 days straight.
@jeffreycoon9634 I came across a driver in a rest area, "trying to get a guy who was hiding in his dashboard." Dude had his entire dash ripped out of his company's truck. He was eventually arrested. Thwacked out of his mind.
@@BaxterBlue 🤣🤣 that’s hilarious! It blows my mind to see these comments talking about “he was forced fed the meth” and such mess as that. People don’t realize what someone will do when they have gone 5-6 days without sleep.
@jeffreycoon9634 Scary part is we share the road with em. Stay safe out here, brother. 🙏
@@jeffreycoon9634 That’s part of the problem. People don’t want to believe that a family man, hauling live cattle/hogs, would do drugs.
Thanks for closing that book
Thank you for sharing! Thoughts and prayers to the family!❤
I smoked cigarettes and drank coffee for forty years just to stay awake and make a “decent” paycheck supporting a wife and four kids….Meanwhile,I witnessed the others who maimed and killed others doing pills….They always attacked me first for HOS violations/drug tests, and I never failed any….Druggies could do any and never get fired….True story
REAL MEN DONT DO DRUGS.
Do u drink coffee or take ibuprofen or smoke? All of those are drugs. Your statement is bs
If I see any of this riff raff behavior on the roads, the D.O.T. will be notified.
🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 goes out to his family
We had a “purple haired freak”,couldn’t piss a clean stream in a cup (claimed some kind of anxiety atttack),got away with it….Wrecked our newest Peterbilt and tanker, hit truck head on after crossing median, both life flighted in other truck….Other crack heads here said he was watching a movie and ran into median….Yep,that’s trucking today….Only that suffer are the innocent….
It’s always been a problem even truck stops back in the days used to sell amphetamines over the counter
Yep, this is why I keep getting pulled for random piss tests.
6 times so far this year.
I just got a random last week. As my elderly mother refers to it, "The Piss Parlor." 😆 🤣 😂
As we all should, to much drug use in trucking!!!
@greglawson3805 I don't mind randoms, but they never come when you are on home time or conveniently.
@@BaxterBlue I always got
Paid for mine. Didn’t mind…..
@greglawson3805 I'm an OO, and must pay to belong to a consortium for randoms. I don't have to pay for the actual UA, but the FMCSA requires me to be in a consortium of 500 other OO. (500 might not be the right number, higher or lower).
Very, very sad. Praying for the family.
It’s bitter reality of our life style as a commercial drivers. It’s a hard working job brother
Your a really ass dude and I f with your channel non judgemental, respectful towards the family!! Respect brother!
Self inflicted, my momma always told me to never do drugs and never ever talk to strangers,,, R.I.P
Thank you very much
I don't believe that, he probably was forced fed that drug. Why would he leave his truck in the middle of the road.
If you’ve ever spent some time around tweakers you would get it.
They start feeling overwhelmed and often really hot from the inside which is why many users that have had to much strip off. He is not the first and won’t be the last to be found dead after exiting their car or truck on the side of the road unfortunately.
My nephew is a meth head. I've tried tooth and nail to get him off it and help him as the rest of the family has given up. When he's sober he functions like anyone else. You would be surprised at the things he does to get that hit though. He dissapears for days, leaves his car in random places. He's been arrested for trespassing and doing drugs in peoples tool sheds, he's been found in the woods confused, and the list goes on and on. I'm trying my best to save him, but it's a losing battle..
@@nasimwehbe8410 I feel for you. My sister in law has been going through that cycle for 20 years and it’s like ground hog month every month. When coming out a 2 day sleep she looks 10 years younger, but still 20 years older than she is. It’s like we have her old self back then disappears, repeat. Sorry mate.
sometimes meth users just lose it for awhile. they'll think their stereo is playing subliminal messages and they stop what they're doing and run away fighting demons.
it's kinda like a panic attack, but worse because their body's baseline is jacked up from the drugs. so it's harder for them to calm tf down.
i've never taken meth, but lived places where it was very popular and have seen it ruin many lives. i hope that driver's family can find some peace now that he's found.
I don’t believe that for a minute
I do. Have you ever seen someone in a meth-induced psychosis? They're uncontrollable. Doesnt surprise me at all that he took his jacket off either. Imagine the paranoia in the middle of iowa, pitch black, completely alone, twacked out your mind
Sounds about right; people OD on Meth and they go Cray Cray running from the monsters till they drop from exhaustion. I really feel for his family but they MUST have known something….
Truck driving oTR. , long term is v difficult and traveling on the interstate highway in in bad weather conditions is. Not easy
The Dot officer with the mustache in Broadus Mt is a Tyrant
Why what'd he do
Makes no sense. More to it.
Exactly 💯
Right
Makes perfect sense. High as f, needed to take a dump, walks in the cornfield, probably passed out.
They found him with his pants down i believe.
How its accident when you do drugs sad prayers to family and friends and truckers 🙏🏽
some driver offered me speed when i was in the laundry room at the Petro in Sparks, NV. dam is miss the TA accross town
Hi Alex
So sad
Dam
Oh ya I saw that dude on the road before, road raging weaving in an out of traffic nearly running half the highway off the road totally explains it all. Yep lotta tweakers out here on these roads. Dispatchers love em. Professional drivers and poor 4wheelers not so much.
High speed chicken feed.
Boy, Alex, you're telling us way more information than the local news here in Des Moines was giving us I think they said something he had a medical emergency they're not telling us that he had ingested meth and he had sleep deprevation and he just got out of his truck and took off into a cornfield not believing that either this is just too wonky because if you go back and you look at the pictures he was out in the middle of nowhere which is very true here in Iowa. I travel back and forth between Des Moines and Newton trying to stay off of I-80 I get on some of them Country Roads and it is desolate. It's kind of strange that this particular intersection had a camera.
That’s to bad.
Welcome to livestock hauling! Happens everyday and no one wants to talk about it!!
the truth is 18 hour days.
Death certificates are a weird thing. My wife’s death was listed as cirrhosis, which is technically true, but it was secondary to her self medication of depression of which, as much as we tried, she could not receive the treatment she needed. My father’s death certificate says that he died from pneumonia. Technically, that is true, but he was one of the first to die from COVID19. So please, take death certificates with a grain of salt. The physicians who write those often haven’t seen the person more than 15 minutes. They may be technically correct, but they don’t tell the story.
Rip driver sad indeed
David Paulides did a couple stories on this and there is a lot of facts that he points out does NOT add up.
Bit suss 5 months there would very little left
Well, bull haulers, chicken trucks and pig mobiles all known to run 24/7..case closed. Daddies little helpers did him in.
Super trucker chemical
Sad
I call BS all over this.
He methed up 😂😂😂...
Zing!😅😂🤣😭
I knew this comment would be on 🤌🏽😬
How many of you have ever rescued a truck in a drug related situation????….I have, many….Let’s hear the stories, for real….Many many many many….Nobody listens to
Idk that's crazy
Nothing Stonger Than Smoke Believe Steve Earl { Guitar Town } Pray For Peace 10-4
Well if he didn’t want his truck to smell like a methlab in case DOT pulls you over it would make sense to get out of your truck in the middle of nowhere and walk around to smoke it so nobody sees you. Typical drug addiction behavior seems to me. He probably got lost or lost his mind
Meth doesn’t have a smell
@dancalvano8702 It does, if you know what you're sniffing for.
@@BaxterBlue it definitely does not. It’s odor can be detected by dogs, but not by humans
@dancalvano8702 Living with a meth addict, yes, it does. I could smell it when he was cooking it or smoking it. I got the hell out of there because of the smell and dangerous bs.
@@dancalvano8702 Look it up.
ABSOLUTELY NOT, NONE OF WHAT YOU JUST SAID MAKES SENSE!
This is not the truth. Mysterious things happen in that county. To many unexplained things to this story. Also just think 2 weeks before he was found. That field was sprayed with manure
Rip driver
I would watch gematria effect news 25 and Joseph Acquaviva2222 both do the numbers of rituals makes everything make more sense
Wtf
Make your comment make sense
Real story….Got in fairly late one evening after six weeks of hard core OTR on east coast, turning in paperwork to dispatch and just wanted to go home….Safety dude walked by and was glaring me down, yeah,I looked rough….Insisted I had to go take a drug test immediately, and so I made a deal….Don’t pass it I’m fired, right?….But,pass it and I quit, everybody wins, right?….Of course, passed it,and I came back and threw the keys at him….In his face
Let me guess it was one of the big companies like Prime or Swift?
Sooo you got mad because you were drug tested?

Just because you don’t understand logic doesn’t mean it didn’t happen
I dont know if this information answers as many questions as it raises.
Life and times of hauling livestock. Almost everyone used to be on something. I got out before I was. RIP
It's getting to a problem in our industry
Dear, it's been a problem in our industry for years.
@H1ghly_Offes1ve ABSOLUTELY mini-thins by the handful.
80s, had to drive really hard to get more money to get more blow to drive really hard to get more money to get more blow to drive really hard...vicious cycle.
Getting to a problem? You can go into any truckstop diner and find a driver talking about the 80s when they would drive coast to coast nonstop, 6000 miles a week lol

SO VERY SAD INDEED-------RIP.
You wouldn't believe how many driver on that poison
This is very sad no matter what happened. I hope that he was not forced into doing drugs🙏🏽🙏🏽💙💟💗
My daughter congratulated me today for being clean from that same junk, that could have been any of us with an addictive personality. May he rest in piece 🙏
Prayers 🙏to the family but an accidental death. Well the life insurance company will fight this one. Good luck to the family 🙏
Damn!
BS
TYPICAL OF "THEM". DARWIN AWARDS 🎉😂
I say bs,contact David paulides missing 411 & do a live show with him even david paulides would say it wrong
Toxicology dont lie. Also, cops searched he truck for a day or two, and had is phone. So cops would of had a hint just with that.
That’s weird… normally local or regional driver we cross every single day sometimes several times each day same area.. same way… and nobody reported a semi truck with an expensive aluminum trailer parked there ? Naaaa FBI needs to work in that case. Family I’m sorry for your lost 😞
Was this the guy lost in Iowa? I think I remember hearing about it
Bacon and meth is a great combination 👌
So sad, prayers for the family
Pray for his wife and kids.
That's methed up
Ive hear. That some drivers do meth instead of weed because it gets out of your system in about 3 days and weed takes 30 days. So that's what it is.
Meth makes people stay awake for days. No other drugs do that as far as I know. Weed and alcohol are recreational drugs. Nobody does them to drive longer. Drivers used to dip a toothpick in some kind of drug. They could chew that toothpick and stay up for days.
If you don't know what your talking about just be silent
Damn😕
BS. I talked to the locals at the truck stop where he frequented. They said he was a devoted family and hard working employee. No reason to do drugs.
RIP Driver 🙏 Prayers to his wife and boys.
If he hauls cattle I believe it, I was talking to a couple of cattle haulers n they told me that 70% of drivers are on meth
