I guess you need to reevaluate the price and offering now, as Kharadi and other areas are offering the smaller carpet or almost equal carpet at same price. If we consider that this project provides decent value.
Bad roads, Horrible infrastructure but still prices are 1.5 crore for a 3 bhk in a 30 storey building and there will be 10 such buildings in just 8.5 Acres. How are people buying this?

Project has given 25% return in 2 yrs since this video. Now 2bhk is 1.20cr
