Honestly, though, it was Kaela who really made it a THING. Kaela put such intense emphasis on the word, and spoke it with such utter confidence and enthusiasm, then chided Bae for "forgetting" it when she gave the original passage at the end, and even looked up a possible meaning for JDON afterward. It was hilarious in the moment, and it was the Holobabies who essentially spawned it, but it was definitely Kaela who made it the legendary meme it is.
Hajime made the JDON -> Kaela made the JDON by pronouncing it intense -> Miko made it funny by adding My Soul at the end and became the meme.

Some people may think that the word "JDON MY SOUL" is just a meme but for us. It's a buff made by two holobaby. It empowers us.

It wouldn't have happened without HoloBabies involvement, but it's fair to say that it was Kaela (and partially Kobo, who backed her up) who made this meme a Meme. She was very detailed and articulate and pronounced the phrase with confidence and made everyone around her believe that this is exactly what the phrase sounded like. And her pronunciation of the word JDON became a meme.
Although of course everyone who was at that collab took part in the creation of the meme.
I think a detail people seem to be neglecting, is that Kaela had actually managed to salvage some of the original message. If she had simply tried to phonetically reproduce what she heard from Hajime, the whole sentence would have probably been gibberish. And I highly doubt the entire paragraph would have ended up a meme. But since she made the effort to reconstruct it, we were mostly just left with a short phrase (once you removed the parts that were correct-ish) that was significantly more meme-able.
