Speaker bowing before the PM, who ever that be, is clearly in violation of the Constitution. There are certain powers vested with the position which precludes subordination. That is the decorum. Speaker is expected to act with utmost decorum.
BJP and Honourable Speaker of the House are habituated to normalise undesirable conduct amounting to undemocratic behaviour. It is common to experience, in the last 10 years, the forcing of morals and values both inside the parliament and in the affairs of the govt. This can be counter productive to the democratic values and requirements contained in the Constitution.
In the affairs of the state there is no room for righteousness, superior wisdom, noble values, traditions etc to derive power and authority beyond and outside of what is provided in the Constitution of the country. Constitution alone is supreme.
Govt is obligated to uphold the values emshrined in the Constitution and follow the protocols supported by the Constitution. The conduct of the people's representatives as well as the executive shall comply with the requirements of the Constitution alone.

India is a Republic established based on the universally validated principles of democracy enshrined in it's Constitution. Governments are formed after obtaining people's mandate, through the process of election, to rule the country. Govt derives legitimacy and authority from the Constitution alone. It is governed by the system of checks and balances.
