If u have the CNC plunger. It won't pass conventional seal test. Its ment to seal at speed when fire only. The cnc plunger have holes under the oring, channel air from the face of the plunger to under the oring. So to expend it on speed.
I'd definitely suggest a barrel swap. I brassed mine and have the 1.6 spring installed. getting high 130s and 140s all day long. definitely my favorite side arm.
Monkeemods just stocked a new version of the metal catch plate for the S200. This new version comes with a bearing at the bottom to reduce stiffness in the trigger pull for a stronger spring.
Hi! I just got my CNC metal dart gate. And it appears that there are some threads on the inside for a threaded barrel. So the original barrel does not really sit properly in the dart gate. Did u have this issue?
No I didn't... my dart gate was polished inside, and I used glue to secure the Original barrel in... Maybe Newer barrel are threaded, let me check with ZWQ
@@thatoldnerfguy thanks for getting back to me! That’s interesting. The other issue I have is the tail of the dart gate, part piece that pushes against the big slide piece, is shorter than the original. Did you also have that on yours? Cool! U know ZWQ? Let me know what they say. Thanks! If they have a new threaded barrel, I guess I have to buy that lol
@@thatoldnerfguy so to have longevity i need cnc metal plunger, dart gate/ turnaround, metal catch, trigger. Would that mean my slide and front piece will need metal too?
@@hal0odst754 TBH Prime Block and Muzzle are Still Plastic on Mine and Holding up Pretty Well... I Would suggest 2x small M3 set Screw on top of the priming block for Easier/Smoother Prime. But I would Upgrade the Inner Slide, will holds better against Heavier Spring
@@thatoldnerfguy yea i actually figured it out 5 minutes later. It sits in place rather clever. Didnt realise there was another tab that wasnt the small flathead screw holding the whole thing in place.
Very nice, I have all my parts.... just yet to do the conversion! Great video!
It feel sooo good in hand with all the parts!

The original plunger o ring is too small at 28mm x 2 mm. The correct one to use is 29mm x 2mm.

Pretty much what I have here at 150 ish fps

Yes, but weirdly they don't sell the new trigger to go along with it!!
That’s pretty snazzy!! Any wait to get my fire rat!
I've got all the metal internals, my custom longer barrel with the 1.8 spring not a perfect seal, it's capable of hitting 170
I opted for a slightly lighter prime as I'm using it as primary for 150-200 FPS Cap game
Waiting on some parts right now
Just found out that the stock falcon fire spring fits perfectly with the firerat spring, Just added 20fps to my blaster.
Ultra 5 spring give around 35 FPS increase!!
heavy also when are you live streaming?
When I got some time... Work is taking all of it lately! Be sure I'll be live eventually...I'll make an announcement as always!
You can disassemble the entire slide without disassembling the Front Block
Are you going to get the bearing scar for it?
no... I'd rather have an extended barrel with a SWIN Bearing Scar on it( Review of the SWIN Scar coming this week)

@@thatoldnerfguy and btw, great channel! Been following you since my kids got me interested in nerf blasters a few months ago!
If i just upgrade the dart gate/ turnaround, barrel, pusher and plunger to cnc without changing any thing else will it be ok?
Catch and trigger... for longevity. The CNC plunger will eat up the catch over time

What site was the cnc mag release on?
Don't have the link right now... But it came from one of the "official" ZWQ Distributor from Taobao
Looking to metal my s200 as well. Wondering how you ended uo swapping the mag release out. Im baffled as to how that thing sits in there.
Just a question of pulling and pivoting the part the right way... rather easy to do

Absurd price for performance
