I love this color scheme, and I really like the effects created by printing over the collage pieces. Plus - it's so satisfying, almost poetic, to find an artistic use for materials that would otherwise go to the landfill.
Nice! If you want to keep the shine of metallics shining brightly, use Gloss Mod Podge and it will not go matte on your once it is dry. I know I saw metallic paint on those cheat sheet pieces and that would retain its iridescent quality with the glossier mediums.
I see a tall figure wearing a top hat and tickling the foot of a happy elephant. Okay, it’s just my imagination, running away with me. That’s the best kind of art, as far as I’m concerned.
Wonderful choice of paper for this one, and a touch of art pauvre (I think that's the term) with cheat sheet collage. The forms are sure and untroubled. The eye finds rest traversing organic shapes while peripheral edgy dynamic is always in the frame.
Hi Jacqueline, any transparent material can be a cheat sheet, plastic, tracing paper, deli paper, wax paper! The purpose is to help you when you flip the image backwards on the plate ( all images produced on the plate are in reverse!)
I love your use of artist-created materials, and your experiment with making marks worked well.
The results speak volumes! Collage pieces are almost talking. Great fun, thank you.
I love the texture I'm seeing at the pull at 8:42. Interesting to see the print being made OVER the collage pieces.

Those pre-used collage pieces are fabulous!

I can do something similar, but in mixed media paper. Then frame and put in my home. Like it. I appreciate all your videos. Very instructive 😊❤

Inspired! Loving all the textures and contrasts. Love how fresh and spontaneous the collage shapes feel.

Where/how do you sign your prints?
I sign at the very bottom edge in pencil Title, edition number and date in that order. Thanks for watching!
What are your cheat sheet material? Love tehm😢!
any cheap clear plastic will do. Painter's drop cloth is a good choice and there's lots of it.
