- Day 2 of backpacking the Enchantments, and boy was it interesting. Saw some of the most beautiful things I've ever seen in my life on this day, incredible sunrise. Sumitting Little Annapurna was a highlight on this trip for me. The bugs became even more of a challenge, and the hike out was a bit spicy. Wouldn't trade it for anything though, enjoy!

Since you did not get down to Leprechaun, Vivianne, Sprite, Upper and Lower Snow and Nada Lakes you need to go back they are beautiful but still excellent video. Perfection Lake from Prussic Pass is my favorite spot in all the Enchantments.

as i keep hiking into my later years i have come up with a few ways to save my knees, the first is a training exercise. find the steepest driveway around and walk up it backwards until you feel the burn. after a week or two of doing this once a day the muscles strengthen, and you will notice reduced pain while descending. the other thing I have to do now is use two trekking poles 100% of the Decents. as for the views, i love it. you are lucky to live close to such a place.
