Outstanding! I saw Metallica (with Cliff!) open for Ozzy on the Ultimate Sin Tour. Fifth row! Jake E. Lee is one of my favorite 80s shredders, because he's so melodic and creative. "Shot In The Dark" is one of the best tracks on that record and you really nailed it. Nailed the tone, too!
It's just me but in my honest opinion, I always thought Jake E Lee was the best guitarist that Ozzy ever had, Jake really knew how to put a song on guitar, the guitar work by Jake is very good he's not just using simple power chords, 80s Metal used a lot of melodies, it wasn't just noise. Or strumming the same two or three power chords, great work by Jake E Lee. Good Job sir!

Pirate radio....Headbangers's Ball....long hair....locked in a room playing endless hours everyday trying to become the next rock hero. Life as a teenager doesn't get much better!

Credit goes to Phil Soussan. Jake isn't even listed at all on the album credit for this song. According to the album cover Jake has no writing credit on The Ultimate Sin. He likely had a hand in writing some of the riffs and changes and solos but was never given credit. and people don't understand why he quit and disappeared. sharon fucked him and ozzy never stood up for him he just walked away. ozzy and sharon did this to a lot of players they took george lynch for a ride about the same time. great song though huh?

Credit goes to Phil Soussan. Jake isn't even listed at all on the album credit for this song. According to the album cover Jake has no writing credit on The Ultimate Sin. He likely had a hand in writing some of the riffs and changes and solos but was never given credit. and people don't understand why he quit and disappeared. sharon fucked him and ozzy never stood up for him he just walked away. ozzy and sharon did this to a lot of players they took george lynch for a ride about the same time. great song though huh?
