Two of my favorites. Invite also Leyla G. - she is my third favorite teacher. You are the three I am learning PQ from. Be blessed and continue be awesome!
Thank you Chandoo and Chandeep for sharing. Chandoo's tricks are cool and more suitable for people who are beginners in Power Query, while Chandeep's content is more for advanced users. Can you gyus make a video about List.Buffer/Table.Buffer/Binary.Buffer
You both are the winners: each trick has its value in their context... I was delighted of your comment Chandoo on the "sloppy" effect of M Intellisense ! Power BI suite is great, and in a few places we see kind of bugs or missing possibilities that solving would be wonderful to improve the user experience without forcing to use workarounds 🙂
I love your stuff in Power query. Hope you make more video about them. I see you recently have less video about PQ than before Anyway I also really love idea about PQ battle. Learn a lot from you guys
My vote is for Chandoo my Excel Guru ... Your tricks are too tricky but the last tip will be very useful for one and all .... thanks for both the gurus
Hey Chandeep, thanks for this great video! I wanted to ask about the PowerQuery course you made, does it focus more on Excel Use-Cases or PowerBI Use-Cases ?
How do I create dynamic user roles in Power BI? Just small Brief. Roles are present in table, & according to that role user must be able to see data. Admin, Manager, Employee are 3 roles. Admin sees all project, Manager sees all project data in which he is present. User sees all project in which he is present but with access to small row in which he is actually involved.
Dear Goodly, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the amazing content you share on your UA-cam channel. Your videos are not only extremely informative but also presented with such clarity and passion that it’s truly a joy to learn from you. The way you break down complex concepts into simple, understandable steps is remarkable, and I’ve gained so much knowledge, especially in the areas of Excel, Power BI, and data analysis. Your dedication to teaching and sharing your expertise is truly inspiring. It’s evident that you put great care and effort into each tutorial, and I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all the time and energy you devote to helping others grow. Please keep up the fantastic work - you’re making a real difference!
Great tips from both of you!!! A question for Chandra. Would list.contains perform better than conditional columns? I have a long conditional column that groups if the column contains various vendor names, which are often spelled differently. It is a bit slow. Thank you!
Chandeep, in your first trick why do you prefer TransformRows instead of ReplaceValue? ReplaceValue to me is easier, and shorter. Maybe TransformRows is faster?
Chandoo's tricks were closer to being tricks.... Chandeep's on the other hand was more elaborate methods On the other hand, in earlier one Chandeep's was closer to being tricks and Mark's tricks were elaborate methods. Nice how Chandeep picked up and upped his presentation after the first challenge
this only goes to prove that the smartest person in the room can never be a good teacher or a trainer because they are simply there to prove that fact that they are the smartest and forget that they are there to get to the same level as their student...and thats why many find chandoo is absolutely good at..
One thing i must say this is going outdated in future Ai will take its place start teaching now Ai allied tools if you're familiar with and in that way you also learn more from youtubes
Wouldn't be the trick 1 for Chandeep be easier in one step? = Table.ReplaceValue(Source, each [Sales Value], each if [Tax] >0.03 then [Sales Value] * (1 + [Tax]) else [Sales Value], Replacer.ReplaceValue,{"Sales Value"})

Hey Chandeep, thanks for this great video!
I wanted to ask about the PowerQuery course you made, does it focus more on Excel Use-Cases or PowerBI Use-Cases ?
My M course is focussed on advanced data cleaning. you can use that in Excel or PBI.
You're on another level, Chandeep.
Wonderful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thank you so much. Your comment made my day 😍
I see a lot of potential to use column names and maybe skipping columns not to hard code at the end , in the first trick
Two lions roaring together -- this is legendary....!🦁🦁
Godzilla vs Kong Kong…Let them fight!
I love you both👍👍👍
