Great vid mate!! Some good fish you get onto. Can you perhaps make a vid on your techniques used? Just to cover the basics for new beginners. Retrieval speed, pause periods etc. with either hard bodies or plastics. I have gone to the lake so many times and only managed maybe one two fish at best per trip. Cheers!
@@brett1682 Cheers mate 👍 For lighting in the shots where I'm holding the fish, I just have a LED flat light, with adjustable brightness and colour attached to the top of the camera.
Some quality fish there mate, she’s been fishing well, we’ve only caught probably 5-6 fish under a metre this year and they were mid to high 90’s every other fish has been a metre plus. What lights are you running up front for night travel?
@@Alan_lay Cheers mate, yeah there's been a lot of good fish coming out of there lately. I'm using four 4" kings light bars, 2 are set for side spread, 1 is straight forward for when on plane and the last is set slightly downward for when your not on plane.
Sweet, thanks for the reply, I’ve actually been looking at the little kings light bars and was wondering if they’d be up to the task….now I know…I’m lucky to have Mondy as my local so know it pretty well but I really need to upgrade my light game for night travel cos as you’d be aware that place is scary at night.
Best night video quality I have seen on UA-cam Mate keep up the good work.
@@t-roy6715 Thanks mate, appreciate that 👍

Did a good job getting that fish out of the trees
They certainly love getting themselves tangled in them 😂
Awesome cheers, haven't caught one at night so never had to worry about lighting. Just planning for the day I do

Sweet sweet Vid. Hey what rod is that Daiwa you were using when vibing the Jackal?
@@ChasingGiants23 Cheers 🤙 I was using a Tierra 701HFS
@mitchkellyfishing Reckon it would be good for throwing Pointers and Reddicks as well?
@@ChasingGiants23 Yeah I have a few Redics that I throw around aswell. Any lure of that profile is gonna work just as good as another.
Great video mate, how do you set ya light up for a photo or hold up at the end . The lighting looks really good
