- ¾ kg goat meat, 1md onion, 1sm onion, 2md tomatoes, 1md garlic, 10-12 green chilies, fresh coriander, 1ts salt, chili powder, coriander powder each, ½ ts turmeric powder and ½ ts of cumin seeds. Okra or lady finger 2cups cut, 1/3 cup oil for meat, 1 ½ cup oil for frying.
I tried this last night kafi achi bani.everyday I open your videos and make something.masla hal ho gaya.Thanks to u!

yes you can! frozen karele microw main rakh lo 2 min aur nichor lo haath se he phir talo, wo sab se achey bante hain. waise tail ungli se chakhlo mera nahin khayal ke kerwa hota hai talne se han khushboo zarror hoti hai aur rang bhi!

cut them and freez them, if you wash them first then make sure they atr totally dry before cutting them. while frying do not add too much in oil, fry little by little. only pour when oil is on its max temp.

@sweets108 It all depends on the age of an animal, just add 3 cups of water and let it boil on medium heat. Cover the pot 90%
bhoon gosht as this bhindi gosht add 2 cups water and kaddo. ghiyya kaddo thora na ho. cover on md heat add fresh coriender at the end. its not too watery
can u use the same oil to boona the meat if you fry karela cuz they are bitter

meat per depend kerta hai na! pink, less fat, young meat ho to jaldi ho jata hai. ziyaa maze ka banta hai, MD aanch per dhak choro, waqt to lagta he hai. pressure cooker bohot quick hai.

if i cooked mutton in a normal cooking pot (not pressure cooker) how long would it take to cook please?

Beef takes longer than meat its upto you what taste you like. Just do what I did and add enough water to make it soft. There is no difference in method it just take longer. Cover the pot on md heat.
Its usually taster in pot. I prefer lamb or goat but its all up to you. Good luck

@66asf, thats the difference between goat and lamb meat , lamb is pink, goat is red. its colour also depend on the age of goat as well, this is its lighter shade means this a young goat.

Assalam o Alaekum.. Baji bhindiyon kee baat tau hoti rahe gee. Filhaal mein tau gold kee choorian aur bracelet dekh raha thaa. Aap k ghar kaa address bata dain aur yeh b k bhai kiss waqt ghar nahi hotay. Fridge kahan hai wo mein pata kar loon gaa ap gold ke place bata kar shukria ka moqa dain. Bhindiyaan mazay daar hein.. Bhindi main pani :))) not possible in Pakistani recipe! people from Bangladesh make bhindi with water. achi banti hai. they add curry powder as well and no onions.
the moment i pressur you should add 2 cups of water and cover the pot, open time to time just to mix on md-low heat. till its tender add oil and bhoon do the rest
