Defiantly do a diy video of the vases. The little brass flowers from the candle sticks, look better off. And paint them antique gold. You can use them with drawer pulls. Like a little plain knob, it can jazz it up. Or as a little shelf sitter on books. I agree with you. Be more intentional on what you thrift. I redonate so much myself too. But I look at as giving back to my community. ❤ have a great new year.
Hello Friend, 🥰 Thank you so much for your thoughtful suggestions! I love the idea of doing a DIY video for the vases and painting them; it will for sure be on my upcoming video. I thought the same about removing the flowers instead and painting them. I completely agree about being more intentional with thrifting. It's great to hear that you also re-donate items-it's a wonderful way to give back to the community. ❤ Wishing you a fantastic new year as well!❤ Thank you so much for watching; I truly appreciate it.
You were so wise and generous to sort through your treasures and make those hard decisions. We shouldn’t have everything just because we can. Having you give them back to Goodwill instead of making money off of them was great. Now others can enjoy the hunt just as you did. I do have two sets of brass candle sticks that are floral. One set is flowers with bent and flowing shapes and one set has grain stalks and leaves that make it a fall time piece of decor. I love them both specifically because they are different than all of my brass or black iron candle sticks. You collect vases and I tend to collect candle sticks and candelabras. That extra large black vase is awesome! That is definitely a lifetime find, a real keeper!
Hello, my friend!! 🥰 Thank you so much for your kind words! It was indeed a tough decision, but knowing that others can enjoy these treasures makes it all worthwhile. Your brass candle sticks sound absolutely beautiful, especially with their unique floral designs. It's wonderful how we each have our own special collections-yours with candle sticks and candelabras, and mine with vases. That extra-large black vase is definitely a standout piece and a true keeper! For Sure!!😊😍😍
Hello friend, Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm thrilled to hear that you find the techniques cute. I'd be happy to make a video demonstrating the process. Stay tuned, and I'll share the video in an upcoming video!😊😊🥰🥰
Good morning beautiful ❤ you have nice beautiful items, that first one emits so cute with the box and the shapes in it, everything else is very adorable, thank you for sharing ❤️❤️❤️
Good morning! my beautiful!😊😍😍🥰🥰 Thank you so much for your sweet words. I'm thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the items, especially the first one with the box and shapes. It's always a joy to share these treasures with you. Have a wonderful day! ❤❤❤MUAH!!😘
Hey girl!!💐🤗🤍 I love your videos so much!! “If it’s not chipped, it’s not curated.” Ahh!! I love that saying, and that’s what I love about your videos… You find items and turn them into something so beautiful. Even if there’s chips or cracks within the item, it gives it more character than anything. You make everything look so unique to your style, and I think it’s too precious!🤍 Again, thank you so much for sharing, and I am obsessed with your content! I hope you have a wonderful day beautiful!! Looking forward to your next video!!!!💐🤗🥰🤍
Hello, my beautiful friend, 🥰🥰 Thank you so much for your lovely message! I'm thrilled to hear that you enjoy my videos and that the saying "If it’s not chipped, it’s not curated" LOL 🤣🤣resonates with you. 😊 It’s wonderful to know that you appreciate the character and uniqueness that come with those little imperfections. Your support is invaluable to me, and I'm delighted that my content inspires you. I hope you have a fantastic day as well, and I can't wait to share more with you in my next video! Take care and talk soon! 🤍Muah!!😘🥰
That's a great suggestion! I hadn't thought about that. I'll definitely give them a good clean. I'm sure they'll look fantastic once they're polished up. Thank you so much for the tip! I'll keep you posted on how they turn out. Have a wonderful day! 🥰
Hey beautiful, this video was so good. I'm so excited to see exactly how you diy your vases. I love that terracotta one as well. But that one and all the black ones have certain spots of them that look like they are the vintage ones I've purchased from etsy and antique stores. I probably have close to 20 vessels right now that I want to diy myself but the sad part is mine we're purchased brand new and ive decided to change them or I bought them and changed my mind but waited longer than the 30 days to return them at Homegoods. Or ordered them online from TJ Maxx and they didn't look like I thought they would and it's too much time to go 4 hrs round trip to return them. 1 I saw on Jenna Pierces Channel and it was out of stock, well it was probably a year later and she put up the in stock notification and I was so excited and I got it and hated it, just wasnt my style. I do have like 3 that I purchased on clearance and a few thrift ones that I might just donate back. I also have about 10 id like to sell on fbmp because they are from Mcgee and Co, PB and a couple other higher end stores and ive never even used them.. I pray I can get close to what I pd since some of them I got on sale. Prob not tho :(. There recognizable so I don't wanna diy them to see if I like those. Those 10 or so are all pretty big pots, I couldn't possibly display them all in any home I'll ever have. It would look crazy... lol. Oh yeah i just ordered one from Mcgee and Co a month or so before Christmas cuz it was on a good sale. I got it and its pretty cute and the color is good too but i wish i never got it the second i opened it, its so light weight, i was so dissapointed with it being from them cuz they're kinda expensive and shipping is charged no matter what usually and you have to again pay shipping to return it. I swear im trying not to buy from there unless it's really something I'm for sure about. Oh I LOVED that wood tissue box so much I took pics and I'm gonna see if my step dad can make me one. Ok that was more than my fair share for 1 comment... lol. Again great video I love people that show off their fav stuff. I saw a few people post their fav purchases of the year or fav thrift finds or flips of 2024. Night girl, my family is all meeting for steaks for lunch tomorrow or actually today now for my 51st bday... that's craziness...lmao not sure how the time goes so fast. Oh yeah, what are you going to school for? Teaching?
Hello, my beautiful Trina!🥰❤ Thank you so much for your lovely comment! I'm thrilled to hear you enjoyed the video and found some inspiration for your DIY projects. It sounds like you have an amazing collection of vessels and pots! I totally understand the struggle of buying items and then changing your mind about them. It's great that you're considering selling some of the higher-end ones on FBMP; hopefully, you'll get a good return on them. I can relate to the excitement of finding something online, only to be disappointed when it arrives. It's always a bit of a gamble, isn't it? And yes, shipping costs can be such a pain! I'm glad you liked the wooden tissue box-I hope your stepdad can make one for you! Happy birthday!🎈🎉🎉🎊🎊 Enjoy your steak lunch with your family. Time really does fly, doesn't it? As for your question, I'm actually studying to get my Master's in education so I can become the director at my work. I currently oversee two awesome education programs-adult education and migrant education-and I'm presently the grant writer. My goal is to become the director here at my site before I retire. Can't wait!!🤗❤
Girl that is so amazing! I’m so happy to hear what you do. You are such a hard worker no doubt. I know you can do it girl! We had a great dinner, I forgot steak houses don’t open til 4pm, at least Roadhouse doesn’t. Yes I do have a good vase collection but I’ve spent so much money that I didn’t really have to spend. Don’t get me wrong- we didn’t go without food and my bills eyes never lasted but I’m 51 and I’m disabled due to chronic pain. I taking care of these guys supplements my income and it doesn’t matter if you make or have money on SSDI but you cannot earn it. So I really lucked out finding out I was able to do this. However I still do not want to do this for any longer than I have too. I’d love to travel but I can never be gone 1 night much less 2-3 nights. My baby just turned 18, we could e going everywhere if I had saved. Anyways that was a lot but I love getting to know you. Knowing what I’ve learned via this comment section I can tell your a beautiful soul! Having goals is amazing and you have quite a lot of them, just don’t burn yourself out by doing too much of all the things… lol. I love your videos but your family, your job and schooling is much more important. I’ve def heard you need to be consistent to grow your channel but if it can’t be consistent just for now I bet a lot of will e here when your able to post!
🥰😘Hello, my beautiful friend, 😍😍 Thank you so much! 😊 I'm glad to hear you enjoy my hauls and appreciate the feedback on my candlesticks without the flower. Your support and feedback on my DIY projects mean a lot to me! I can't wait to see your new content for 2025! Muah!!😘
