I’m working on my first zflip 4, screen replacement, everything has been swapped, it powers on opens to their main screen then goes black. I’ve seen some videos saying switch out the magnet from the old frame. I did that. Still the same issue. most videos I find are in a different language. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Outer screen still works fine. Inner works fine while booting then goes blank. I cant understand the video, I only speak English. Just curious how to make this work.
I just replaced the screen on one of these today, had the same issue, powers on showing the samsung and carrier logos then goes black and wont respond to touch on the inner main screen, however the outter mini screen worked fine, sound also worked and it was recieving notifications. I transferred the original magnet over and it worked. to remove it I just used a little heat on the display side to soften the adhesive, then used the tip of an xacto blade on the top to wedge it loose a bit and create space for my flat tweezers to get in, then carefully pryed up toward the hinge. I hope this helps anyone also troubleshooting this issue, particularly after doing repairs.
You know, I took out the magnet and put in another one, but it continues to work poorly, it turns off constantly, which if I realize I didn't disconnect what you did before changing the magnet, could that be the reason?

Where do you get new magnet? Why does old magnet not work? Mi phone got motherboard replace and now internal screen not working, only when I aprox a magnet on it start working but when closed and open again, it doesn turn on
Bro i have the same fault, you must disconnect all Cable in this are (Battery etc) and first connect the mini display and dann last the Battery cable, than works fine.

Im thinking maybe it's a software issue.... for me, the problem started after the UI 5.1, so I'm waiting for the UI 6 to come in hopes for a fix....

I know for this problem. Repace few LCDs and work with change magnets. But today new LCD, change all magnets and Hall IC not work normal.
