So inspiring to see all these. I love the variety of cards and it makes me realize it is okay to make different kinds of cards. After all, I'm sending them to different people!
You are going to have so much fun making your own Christmas cards! If you have any questions while you're making them, please feel free to reach out. I'm happy to help!
Watching this in 2021 to get inspiration for Christmas cards this year, I’ve taken lots of screenshots! Thank you so much for sharing these wonderful cards from your family and friends. I really like the idea of not signing them and adding a note to a separate piece of paper so they can send it on!
Those are beautiful cards ...thanks for showing them to us. Are they 5x7 inches? I always have a hard time remembering what sizes to cut form the cards. I need a good template with the measurements on it
These are 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" cards. This is a great size to make because you can cut an 8-1/2" x 11" piece of card stock in half to get two card bases. Here's a video showing how: ua-cam.com/video/KrAIJL-6Y9I/v-deo.html
@@MsSony12345 It really depends on the card. I don't have specific measurements for all of these cards, but if you look at card ideas on my website here: inkitupwithjessica.com I include measurements for all the paper pieces.
Hi! Jessica, You showed a Christmas card near the end of your video that showed Bethlehem and they stamped off, could you please tell me how they did that with that stamp set? Did they stamp the ink full strength first then stamp off twice but above each other??? Thanks, Joan
Hi Jessica, I just found this the other day and have looked at this video 2 or 3 times. I needed some inspiration and Boy, I've found it - thanks so much! You showed a card done in SU Pool Party that was embossed with snowfall, and had a white snowflake on it with a black strip for the sentiment. The sentiment doesn't appear to be done in white, what color is it, please?
Thanks Susan, I'm so glad you've found some inspiration in this video! I do believe that greeting was stamped in white ink. Probably this one: bit.ly/39zzX0F It's hard to stamp with white ink and get a true white image, especially on black. If you do want it to be more white I'd recommend embossing with white powder. Thanks for asking!
Beautiful cards, Lots of different styles and ideas. Time to get started with Christmas cards for 2022. I work a year ahead so I'll be making mine for 2023. You have some very artistically talented friends! Again, beautiful cards! Thank you for sharing them. I just subscribed to your channel.
Questions about any of the cards shown in the video? Please ask and I'm happy to help!
Doesn’t cricut machines have the option to use a marker tip to “handwrite” sentiments, etc?
@@BluntlySpeaking.V I think so but I don't have a cricut so I couldn't tell you how that works.

Hi Joan, Yes I believe that is exactly what they did. Stamp 3 times without reinking the stamp at all. Thanks for asking!

How fun!
Interested in the Card with a personal family letter update. Dimensions please.
Hi Carolyn, isn't that a fun idea? You could print 2 per sheet and then cut each down to 4" x 10-1/2" and then fold them in half.
