Been following FC Tulsa this year in PA watching ESPN + Never played but got into coaching through my kids and consistently used your trainings to plan drills for club practices. Guys I have a question. I was on trials at another team for about 4 days. Talked with the coach about my performance during that time and he said that overall i was good but im lacking fitness so he told me i can stay in the team but if i want to play i will have to work on my fitness for 2-4 weeks and I won’t play any games during that time. So currently im thinking should i go in this team (They are playing in the best tier u19 against all the good teams. The trainings are good and better than my current team. Also i went on trials there because I wanted to play against good teams and i am 2004 and the other guys are 2003 but I don’t know how much i will play)or should i stay in the one im in now (Where we are not playing in the best tier. There is almost 0% competition in training and the trainings are not good. But I’m guaranteed to play)
In the league there are kind of good teams (I’m talking about the one that im in now) but in the trainings there’s 0% competitiveness. Also i have 2 more years to play youth and after that is men so what i mean by this is in the team im currently at they already know me but I’m not too sure if they will get me to train with men’s. And pretty much im an outstanding player there(in my team). I really find it hard to choose and don’t know if it’s from my comfort zone tbh.
Btw forgot to say that they started the league and currently they are on the 4th game. By the time i get fit (2-4) weeks i will miss like 3-4 games and on the first half of the season there are 11 games. So that means I will have 3 games left. And im new to the team so I will get to play for some minutes. Is it worth it ??

I’d say it’s worth it because you get to test yourself against better competition which will make you a better player
Can you attend trainings with the new team and also your current team? Games are important for development but you also need high intensity practices. I would say stick with your current team this season even if the skill level is lower except for the intensity of the practices.
@@shantiescovedo4361 Nope I can’t train with the new team and play with the current one. I have to choose between one of them
@@shantiescovedo4361 and in my current team the team practices are not intense. My coach there implements so much stretching in our practices like after every exercise we will do about 3-5 mins stretching.

Yo I’m getting into a slump how do I stop that?
He man, as footballers we all face that sometimes we get into these periods where we just aren't playing well. For me what works is I also focus on the small basic things in trainings and games to start building up my confidence. Football is very mental, so think of it a temporary time rather then a permeant situation.
