- Everyone knows I'm a Cornelia and Caleb stan in the TV series - but in the comics? Hoo boy. That there is a whole other kettle of fish. Come with me as I track the entire relationship of Cornelia and Caleb in the comics, from meeting in a fountain to the messiest break up I've ever seen and even beyond.
Enjoy!

The w.i.t.c.h. comics are so wild if yo're coming as a show watcher haha
Thank you SO MUCH for making this video Lauren, I love it. I really appreciate that you read all these issues again just to make it haha. You've explained everything perfectly. It's amazing how good these two are in the show while their comic relationship is just... That. They see each other, they kiss, Caleb gets zapped, so on and so forth. Looking forward to more witch videos ✨
I think what annoys me with the comic version is their breakup.
Not because they broke up because they are teens and clearly won't stay together forever but because of *ALL* people he could've chosen to date he chosed Elyon???!Cornelia's BEST FRIEND!!
L move on Caleb's and Elyon's part
Caleb broke up with COrnelia because she was too young to him but Elyon is her age and she also looks younger that Cornelia. Fuck logic.
Ya know there's an interesting idea in the romance between them, but everything is soo rushed and contradictory that the couple comes off as very uneven to get fully invested. Her romance comes out of a sudden in issue 7, they fall in love at first sight, they're separated for a long part of their relationship (via distance or kidnapping / flower transformation), and then she's also into Peter at the same time?
A shame since i like the idea of a star-crossed lovers / interplanetory romance, a fantasy romance, where the dude is the "damsel in distress" and the girl saves with her power and love. And how love can be powerful but also very very destructive. A real shame it just all went into the trashcan for generic "magical girl likes a normal dude" we see all the time in this genre (but i like peter too...so many conflicting feelings).
I totally agree. It’s a shame they made such a mess of it.
I'm writing a fan reboot, and I'd love to get your opinions on who you would ship and how you would explain lore like the Murmurers.
Hi, and good day
