I saw this game when i was 8, i felt afraid of this game and never saw it again, i never knew how was the name of this game until now. It is like remembering my childhood in just one game
i know the feeling man i played it till almost the end and quit cause i got jammed up. was trying to remember the name of the game when i seen on the game list for the new playstation release of games that are inc;luded with the new system lol i always wanted to go back and finish the game but i nvr could remember the damn name and funny thing is after watchiung this i now see i was very close to actually beating the game lol wow that was like 20yrs ago almost crazy stuff :)
I just finished the whole series. And wow you are very skilled. It’s incredible you got through the whole game while saving all the workers and not dying once. I’m replaying it and I have died dozens of times. Truly remarkable skill. This was one of my favorite games as a kid so thanks for making this walkthrough series!

44:06 In case anybody else is stuck here without any grenades, you can go back to the room where you had to do the funny shoot left/right at the Slogs maneuver, and just beyond it as abe you can get the Red Ring ability to clear bombs
Was able to actually completely cheese this part with that room The strategy: To avoid having to complete the full back/fourth part where you shoot 25 of the beasts, just unlock that room, then kill the guy you're controlling. DO NOT PULL THE LEVER YET instead, go in as abe, get the red ring powerup, then back out and use it to kill the new enemies that spawned in. DO NOT GET THE RED RING POWER AGAIN YET Instead, go to the next room, and take ONE step. Now you have 3 guys to control at your disposal. Use one to go in and initiate the beasts coming through the zapper, then use another to go in and pull the lever to turn off the zapper. You dont even have to survive as that guy, as the beasts do not follow you to the next screen

This game reminds me of a bad ass mudokon named Abe who is willing to risk his life and acquire 2 hand scars of scrabs and paramites and use their powers to deal with rupture farms and Abe comes to his friends rescue 😜
46:40 you don't need to save the last mudokon and have the shrykull power to beat the game unless you want all 99 mudokons. All you do is pull the rope lever drop down in to the borad room with the glukkons then quickly pull the lever in the room before the 2 sligs shoot you. you will get shot but you don't die the 2 slig carry abe away instead the game ends you get good ending if 50 + mudokons save but you don't have all 99 I've done this may times.
@@Cmpunmu3 To get the bad ending you need to save less than half (don't recall the exact number). So, more casualties than half will trigger the bad ending. Having just 1 casualty will actually net you the good ending.
@@DfactorLongplays It's not about casualties, it's about escapees. Less than 50 escapees gives you the bad ending, 50 or more, the good ending. For example if you have 45 escapees and no casualties you still get the bad ending. The number of casualties doesn't actually matter.
@@Cobalt_Spirit Ey, fair enough. I mention casualties since they're automatically added when escaping RuptureFarms. You can tell I never went for anything below 99 escapees.
I first remember playing this game it was platinum edition and everytime I got killed in paramonia I would start all over again until I learned how to quicksave and then I completed scrabania I used to be afraid of the paramites when I was a child but I got more confident after 2 years
@@DfactorLongplays I also liked oddworld abes exodus and the fact is that there is more playable characters like the scrabs and paramites and the glukkons who will do all of the hard work for you

Hello people I would like to know why you can remove the rings. Am I missing the final ring you fall and kill the boss. Does anyone know what it is?. Game PS classic.
Hmm, it's not exactly a glitch, since it worked like intended. I believe if you put two sligs on the same spot and shoot, it will hit the other one. So if both shoot at the same time, this happens.
You could try cleaning existing CD. And if you're playing on PS1 then you could try flipping the console on the side or flip it completely. That's specifically if laser is having issues.

Curious, but Abe's Oddysee didn't have a quicksave function. Abe's Exoddus introduced that mechanic.

I've never heard of mudokons disappearing, unless they were gibbed by explosives or something.
