13:03 Agreed. I feel like the fandom has gotten kinda jaded and keeps fighting over each other to find some big, edgy ending and I think RTD proved that sometimes you just need good writing and good characters and the rest takes care of itself.
I've been thinking about this exact thing for a while now. I think it'd be a little weird if Donna's memory was erased again (in the exact same way as Journey's End) and she goes back to that status quo. Having her somehow retain her memories also feels unearned and kinda undermines the finality of her first exit. I do trust that Russel will find some way to have her exit be satisfying again - I just can't quite put my finger on what that could be.
She's already a married family woman, most likely this would be a one of a kind adventure and she'd probably do the mature thing of moving on with her life and he regens into 15.
