I would like to see 'plugin search', similar to AUM. Having to choose folders and scroll through long lists each time a new plugin is to be added is a bit of a drain. A section for recently-used and/or favourite for plugins would be the cherry on top ;) Also would love better sensitivity/scaling for macro knobs. Cheers 👋
I would like to see a better piano roll. Ghost notes (scale notes). I would like to see name markers for (verse, chorus, outro, intro) labeling. I would like to see auv3 midi fx (scaler 2, chordbud, etc) go to the piano roll.
@@JayEllyiot Indeed! Was going to write to the developers, but haven't got round to it. I'm assuming you're in contact with them, no? Not sure if you are happy to pass on both of those ideas. But no problem if not. I'll eventually get around to contacting them. Cheers!
The only feature I would like to see added, whether it's BM3, LP or Koala, is where you set the key of the track when starting, and any sound or sample you add after that, will automatically be in key, the same way it works in Serato Studio. That's it.
Yea that would be dope! I would imagine something like that would be quite intense to code and it would probably be super hard on any app. Would most likely need an ipad that has at least an m1 chip to run a feature like that without any issues.
Dope demonstration.. that's a cool new feature. So if you have patterns you created on other songs and you want to switch them out for something else.. you can just save it.. and then drag it to a new song pattern.. Nice.!!!
Exactly! It can be pretty versatile once you start digging deeper into it. Now I’m even thinking of creating more midi patterns to speed up the workflow a bit and also for quick inspiration. Thanks for tuning in!
How do you edit audio? Like adding fades to the beginning and ending of an audio clip? Or warping audio to fix timing of individual transients? Thanks for your help
Make it so I can use my keyboard for my iPad as pads. Koala sampler automatically does it. I don’t want to always need to use a midi controller or hit the screen. Same way like fl or Mpc you can use the regular QWERTY keyboard for midi input.
are you referring to when playing a sample chop, you want it to stop / cut off when you trigger another sample in the same bank so that they don’t overlap?
@@JayEllyiot No not that, I mean choking the drums, like making the hi hat stop when the kick hits for example, koala sampler does it very well and works perfectly, if 2 drum sounds are in the same choke group they cut off eachother when they hit, but in BM3 it doesn't work
What do you guys wanna see in future BeatMaker 3 updates!?

@@el-bov8034 those are great ideas! I also would love to see plugin search or favorites, would be so much easier to find plugins!
@@jjbing3 all dope ideas and suggestions!

Where can I listen to some of your old songs like everybody??
Let's go!
Stem separation for samples and keep everything in key like Serato studio.
I'm still using impc pro2 I barely use BM3
Nice!! I used to mess with the og impc pro. It’s pretty dope!
Hey Jay, how do I convert the wave rate from 48 to 44.1? Thanks for your help!
Man I wish the mpc was this intuitive.
which mpc are you rockin’?

They need to fix the choke feature in BM3 because it doesn't work at all, i have tried everything.
