Have you ever heard of the story (shipwreck at the bottom of the world) it’s non fiction and there is an island not to far away from Antarctica and there is houses on this island but no airport 😢 the ship reached the island.The island is called South Georgia island and the ship departed out of England and they we’re trying to do research on Antarctic but the ship never made it the ship was surrounded by a huge ice sheet that was miles thick and the thick ice crushed the ship and all the men had left was life boats and they sailed back to England but hit South Georgia island and bought a new boat and sailed safely back to England
