In 2006 I received an e-mail from a 419 scammer based in Nigeria. I decided to play along with the other person and kept the communication going for several weeks letting him thinking that I was cooperating. I kept lying, gave him fake bank account number and basically raising his hopes. In the end the guy was SO pissed and was sending me threatening remarks. I hope to do it again soon!

They use UK 070 numbers which can be redirected pretty much anywhere - hardly anyone actually in the UK uses them as they're a rip-off to call.
