We see Metra train 1254, headed from Metra’s Aurora Transportation Center to Chicago Union Station, departing the Metra/Amtrak LaGrange Road station with their EMD GM F40PHM-2 locomotive in the Burlington Route heritage livery propelling the train.
This railroad was originally the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad, the “Burlington Route.”
