I found you via Northerners on Tour. Love wildlife. I live in Cornwall overlooking the Penryn River and watched the turnstones yesterday from my sitting room window - they are fun to watch. The river is alive with gulls, oyster catchers, curlews, herons, egrets, etc and seals (and the occasional dolphins). Looking forward to following you on your travels. x

🤣🤣 I did have a right clench up lol I’ve done that road at least 50 times that was the worst it’s been it’s never a good one to travel on I’ve seen crashes, Lorries lose loads etc but that one made the ol bum go a bit, got the adrenaline pumping though!! 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤣

We had an interesting time on Arran with the wind and rain. We had to stay an extra day because of the ferry being cancelled. Looking forward to you coming North.

Tough driving conditions you had there JP, I completely agree with you on the fuel prices we're at 149.9 diesel and 141.9 petrol in the Dover area, total rip-off. Hi Ron! Merry vlogmas to you 🤣😉 I use a MacBook so I use IMovie on here as it’s fast and great for putting vlogs together. I haven’t used a Microsoft PC since I retired but I presume they have an equivalent 🤔 or depending on what camera you have it may have its own post production software that comes with it? Great stuff time to vlog then lol 😂 👍🙏🏼! X

The Weather here in Dearham Cumbria has been awful for weeks and I'm a Scot that's used to bad weather😊. If you get the chance visit Broughty Ferry on east coast of Scotland beside Dundee.I grew up there and it's lovely.Glad you all made it safely in your van.Driving up to Scotland from Lake District can be horrendous when it's stormy.Have a guid Hogmanay and enjoy Scotland.👍😁🏴

Fantastic scenery, the beach would be a real magnet for me, love mooching around finding different stones, shells and pretty pieces of polished coloured glass. The rhodo’s coming into bud already is that due to the Gulfstream? I wish our rhodo’s would flourish like those lol, maybe I should try neglecting ours 😄.
