Because she was blessed with speed that most people will never be able to acquire no matter how hard they practice. Now when you have speed like that and are willing to build your stamina on top of all that then you are going to become a dominant sprinter in the 100, 200 and 400. Usain Bolt could have had three world records but he did not want to work and build his stamina in the 400 as it can be very difficult to do if you aren't willing to deal with the pain and the lactic acid that comes at the last 50 yards or so of that race.

One of the best race of all time team Jamaica 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
I'm never bored in watching this race. Smile, smile. An awesome gold medal. Yeah
Alyson Felix 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️. Why so good??
Because she was blessed with speed that most people will never be able to acquire no matter how hard they practice. Now when you have speed like that and are willing to build your stamina on top of all that then you are going to become a dominant sprinter in the 100, 200 and 400. Usain Bolt could have had three world records but he did not want to work and build his stamina in the 400 as it can be very difficult to do if you aren't willing to deal with the pain and the lactic acid that comes at the last 50 yards or so of that race.

Best ever since she just a 16 year old pickney.
Congratulations to 🇯🇲 team...from Perú ...greetings from Perú 🇵🇪 .
oh god, why put Alyson Felix at number 3, should have been last leg. always easier to chase than lead

Never count out that little dot on the map🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
Tears of joy everytime I watch this #ProudJamaican
The jamaicans are just the hardest ppl to beat in just about everything they do. They're the best live them or hate them, they're talented ppl a cut above the rest.
Of ALL the gold medals Jamaica has won, this is my absolute FAVOURITE! Novlene Williams'-Mills is such a fricking 👑BOSS QUEEN👑!
This tears to my eyes watching this.. big up Jamaica every time
Felix is perfection.
That was an amazing race and powerful finish by Jamaica. Wow.
Wow Jamaica is a BREATH OF FRESH AIR 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
Commentator Said It Right U.S.A. Had Ridiculously Good Line Up However The Jamaican Had Better Team & Hard 2 Beat !!!! Great Race
Let the games begin.

good running be Jamaica 😎
Omg, Allyson did more than her fare share. She did what she had to do, made up so much time, and got them the lead. 😭 How disappointing.
Fair Share .. fair share. Fare is how much money.. bus, train, air fare...
Felix's stride is unreal!
Allyson Felix is a phenomenal runner!
11:18 You can see clearly that the one who has better body balance (no body swing) will win
Mills, such a strong finishing! Such a great anchor! 💪
Alyson Felix GOLD.
The most exciting 4x400 relay in the world
The usa team has 4 beautiful ladies ❤️
Jamaica 🇯🇲 all the way congratulations ladies, yall did a fantastic job 🎈🍾🎉🎊 I am here waiting on the 2020 Olympic Games ❤️
Allyson was in supreme form that year. That 47.7 split would translate to a 48.2-5 in an open 400m
So why didn't she run 48.2-5 in the open final????
@@ThunderJuice because it wasn't necessary to get the win. Btw, athletes are driven by state of mind. Running an open 400m, can be more pressure than running a relay (where the responsibility is shared).
@@Shem22sr "Can be more pressure...." So you're saying it wouldn't translate, making your initial comment redundant.
@@ThunderJuice You beat me to it. All this translation means nothing unless you do it.
@@Shem22sr Or maybe, she got a running start which shaved two seconds because she begins her split in acceleration!!
Well Novlene finally 'nab' a US team, she has ran on so much j'can teams that got their feet burnt up by the US quartets, very sweet victory.
who ever is controlling the camera is feeling the Nigerian girl I ain't mad at you she's beautiful well done Jamaica tek it to dem
Felix is amazing. Umhumanly talent. What a woman🎉🎉🎉
So exciting! My Jamaican born American raised heart is beating in pace with the Gold and Silver. 🇯🇲🥇🇺🇸🥈!!!!
I miss watching the beautiful Form and Technique of Allyson Felix! SHE FLOWS SO ELEGANTLY WITH EVERY SINGLE STRIDE AND GETS STRONGER WITH EVERY STEP! QUEEN YOU ARE MISSED!👑👑👑❤️❤️❤️
