Kylo's Command Shuttle is actually one of the most powerful cards in his deck. It shuts down the hero's "When Played" abilities. I'm just going to copy and paste a reply I made to your other Kylo playthrough. 20:33 *COMMAND SHUTTLE* _You may reveal cards from your Fate deck until you reveal a Hero. _*_PLACE_*_ that Hero in any location in your sector._ The key word here is *"PLACE"* . In the back of the rule book it states that you do not perform the hero's "When Played" effect when you "Place" them. The Command Shuttle's effect is EXTREMELY powerful as it shuts down the hero's abilities. Here's what the rulebook says (page 18): _"Some cards allow you to play a card to your Sector directly from your Villain deck, Fate deck or discard pile as if it were played from your hand. Pay the card's Cost unless otherwise specified. The card's Ability goes into effect (even if it's bad for you). _*_IF YOU ARE TOLD TO PLACE A CARD AND THE CARD HAS AN ABILITY THAT SPECIFIES "WHEN PLAYED," THAT ABILITY DOES NOT TAKE EFFECT._*_ You may still need to pay a Cost for the card."_
I love that you and your son have a game you enjoy together! I really miss my mom...she would've LOVED this game! We were total Star Wars geeks haha. I have so many fun memories of playing the Star Wars X-Wing Miniatures game with her! I'm not sure what sleeves he's using...but what I use for this game are KMC Perfect Fits. I'd leave an Amazon link for you, but I can't leave links in replies to his videos for some reason. You'll find them with a quick Amazon search though! They are more expensive than cheap generic 'penny sleeves' but I feel they are totally worth it.. The KMC Perfect Fits come in a pack of 100, and there's 225 cards in Star Wars Villainous that need to be sleeved so you'd need to buy 3 packs. You can usually find 3 packs of them for under $12 though with prime shipping...so they're not a horrible price. And they're fantastic! I've been using these sleeves for well over 10 years for various games. I usually use them as an 'inner' sleeve (where I'll sleeve a card up in a Perfect Fit, then use an additional thicker sleeve over that to 'double sleeve' the card). Perfect Fits are very thin, but they're of nice quality and do not feel cheap or overly flimsy. And they fit the cards very snuggly (without being so snug as to put too much pressure on the cards). They make shuffling the cards a breeze as well, and as long as you're not overly hard on your shuffles you're really not likely to break any of the sleeves. They really are of decent quality. Another nice thing about Perfect Fits for this game in particular...is that they're so thin that you're able to fit all the cards back into the box without issue. If you use thicker sleeves, the cards will not fit properly. haha sorry for the huge post >.

What a wild ride this game was! These solos are all great and very helpful for figuring out strategies.
