When stalling a window air conditioner it needs to be tilted at the back of the unit just slightly downward.
I just moved into my forever double wide, you can spray paint the sinks with Rustoleum appliance spray, it's pretty smelly but it works! I also am using the Tube and Tile expoxy for the tubs and showers for a redo, cheap way to upgrade without the labor costs. You can paint the cabinets and your counter tops with Beyond Paint too, do it yourself projects for weekends!
Just watching your videos brings me joy. Your happiness and determination to turn this little pitiful place into a sweet and livable home is such an inspiration! Be thankful, be happy and march on in whatever the circumstance! Love it!!!

I’m addicted to these videos. Thanks Valerie. I live in a mobile home too. My husband is disabled, so I’m hoping to learn to make some flooring and bathroom improvements. But a lot of what you do seems to require tools and expertise that I don’t have. I still love to watch. Keep the videos coming.

You are one handy lady with a power drill, paint brush and a hard worker.....I wish you the best and hope you get settled in before the hard,cold winter gets here. I lived and raised my 4 kids in mobile homes, they are expensive to heat and cool. You are awesome!!!

Hi, I just found your channel yesterday, I have already watched several videos, you are one hard working lady. I enjoy watching and think you can do most anything you put your mind to. I would love to live in the mountains. We live in the country in eastern North Carolina, about a hour from the beach, but I would much rather be in the mountains.

You are one hard working lady. The town house turned out so nice. The new carpet made a world of difference. I doubt you will have a problem selling it. Now for the rental mobile home. Oh my gosh, what a mess! It is really in bad shape. You and hubby have a lot of work ahead of you. Too bad you have to work so hard to get it in shape and it's a rental. But man o man, the view out front is beautiful. Love your videos and can't wait to see how the rental turns out. BTW, I have been admiring all your pretty floral tops you've been wearing. I have been looking for that same style. May I ask where you got them. They are perfect for wearing with leggings and I love the v-necks. Looking forward to your next video.

Yes, some cleaning products make me sneeze, too, Valerie! The kids' tub doesn't look like such a bad color, but that surround is awful! There is special paint for plastic so you could paint both. Is the surround covering some of the window? Maybe replace the surround with something more attractive, but lower. And replace the window glass with patterned so people can't see in. So where are Willow and Max? Don't they like cleaning??? 🐶🐶🥰 Congrats on your 500!
