- Tonight I have for you a hand movements session in a follow my instructions style with lots of blink on command trigger to make your eyes super tired and sleepy! So this video is perfect to watch if you want to fall asleep!
It includes stress removal (negative energy pulling trigger) and reassuring and positive affirmations for anxiety relief. Lots of ear to ear whispered personal attention, close up to the microphone.
I've also included some light scanning of your face, wiping any stress and worries away from you.

What is ASMR??
ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR).
It is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.

Keeping a soft gaze is a very good instruction. You hold the gaze, and I love the way you send drowsiness out on it in slow, deep waves. By the end of the video my brain was floating on the current, emptied of thoughts. Your vibes are paradise, Luisa.
