It’s hard to hate on a kid that’s been so clutch even though he’s had a lot of big drops. Seeing him talk and explain his mindset and struggles really helped me to get a better perspective on what these guys go through
@@OGBenny_Frank Just hasn't played a ton of football. One of the consequences of being a track guy. Nothing wrong with running track, I just think he'll get better the more he plays going forward.
@@OGBenny_FrankI agree it seems like confidence. Needs to see a sports psychologist. When the ball is in the air he needs to say “that ish is mine”. He already has the skills to catch every ball that is thrown his way
Wouldnt need to be clutch if he makes some of those big catches.. I like the kid and think he’s been great but your job as a wide out is to bring the ball in if it hits you in the hands, period!!
Love Arian man. Love his passion. Just trust yourself! You already have everything you need to catch every ball! You are the guy! When the ball is in the air say “f it, that’s mine”.
God Bless this guy it’s a team game & nobody’s giving Beck hell for leading UGA in INT’s & throwing 9 in 3 games as we know & we had NO business winning several games this year as we’ve had injuries & it’s why it’s a team game.. This guy saved the game for us jumping on that fumble or we lose to Texas & he’s awesome on special teams & also a huge tackle saving TD on special teams so do what you can keep your confidence as you’re still the fastest guy on the field & you’ll catch the 1 that matters man!! Trust in God! You seem to be a good kid man and I wish you the best as y’all are all learning as you go and getting through adversity makes everyone stronger!
I love ya Arian, but you gotta stop bunnyhoping when the ball throwed eye level with ya hands. 😬👀. 37 drops bubba. 37. Yall gone drive Coach Bobo into a early grave homie. But you still my dawg and i hope you redeem them hands and give em hell In New Orleans. #SicemSmith
Listen everyone that critiquing Arian on his ball skills, you better believe the receivers coaches and Bobo is doing the same thing, save your energy 😂. Let’s just hope his confidence is all the way up, so he can be that explosive receiver we saw in him against Ohio state. Go dawgs , us over everyone 💪🏿👊🏿❤️🖤❤️🖤💯
You can’t “fix” someone that can’t catch. kadarius Toney played for the chiefs and still can’t catch, Quentin Johnston is in his second year with the Chargers and he still can’t catch. It’s been known since high school evaluation that Arian struggles catching the ball. It’s a small sample size, but What I find interesting is that he didn’t drop any passes from Stockton
If Carson could hit him in stride, this dude would have a lot of first play of the game tuddys. It’s either under thrown and he has to stop mid sprint, or it’s over thrown. I blame the receivers on some of the drops but Carson doesn’t have any tough on his passes. Sorry not sorry, we’re gonna be better off with Gunner 🤷🏻♂️
He should just be on special teams. Should have never been a wide receiver. Honestly it’s the coaches fault for putting him at that position , dude just straight up can’t catch the football
0:36 No elite wr has ever said that drops just happen and are part of the game. Get out of here with that, who’s been coaching this guy? lol 😂 Fire bobo and coley
I love the guy but come on dude. A lot of those drops are bad placement but many of them are his inability to change his body position and adjust. He just does literally almost everything wrong when catching. WR coach is to blame for the terrible adjustments. I don't think hed be a starter at another power 5. That being said theres always time to get better. Hes capable of being better.
Smith is a dawg! Humble guy with a lot of talent. These next 3 games will be his best for sure💪🏾
I was just thinking the same thing
Such a good kid
Arian has saved us many times this season already with recovering fumbles and some stellar blocking
DGD

Great kid. Don’t think it’s hate though, it’s just facts. Gotta catch the ball. Period.
I think it's in his head and he's lacking confidence. U can tell how he's jumping to cradle the ball. It's not his skills it's his confidence.

Smith is capable to lead this offense to another championship and leave Georgia as a legend I think his best three games are coming up
Great dude and great comment, you did save that game.

ARIAN SMITH a DGD!!! Dude is the most humble, resilient, clutch, and bad ass.. lol keep rocking out and ignoring the criticism from fans
Bruh finna go crazy against ND
DGD! Keep fighting Smith!!
All the drops are in the past Arian. You will show up big in the next few games when you are needed most.
Arian Smith= DGD
Carson Beck= DGD
Anyone that says different is an idiot. Thank you for your time. Go Dawgs!
He was good before the 2024 season. This year, I just think it’s his confidence
Bro got the speed he just got to work on the catching and he’s good 👍

This kid is real. I hope he gets drafted and has a great career.
His drops pissed me off this year but if it wasnt for him and that Ohio State Game performance we wouldnt have the 2nd Natty in the trophy case
Yeah, there’s no way he would’ve been replaced by someone with better hands (sarcasm)
Smith is a DGD and I won’t hear any different he’s been apart of some many big plays
DGD!
He's a track guy that's playing football. I understand him
Don't listen to the outside noise play hard play smart an just don't over think just let your natural talent take over cause u are our deep threat
Just stop jumping when you don't have to make the catch.
I can n ot believe the coaches haven't fixed thay with him

For crying out loud, mic up the damn press asking the questions, damn
He drops the ball because he jumps for no reason every time it’s thrown to him…he’s not a receiver, he’s a runner.

Fire bobo and coley
For real. This kid and bobo and coley belong in a Christian summer camp permanently lol. My 12 year old niece can catch the ball better than this kid

DUDE IS DUE FOR A MONSTER GAME ! KARMA OWES HIM !😂❤ 🤗🫴👌👍🤞🙏
