Hey Lou. Sweet looking Shelby Mustang. I love how it's been kept as original as possible, while upgrading a few things. That's what a restomod should be. :)
Hi Good Russian, Glad you enjoy this one and think the engine is "beautiful" :-) I think that engine look & color is amazing :-) Thank you for viewing, and you're welcome, Lou
Hi Lou another fantastic and exceptionally well built car. Ross and his team should be proud of the finished product, to "restomod" such an iconic car as tastefully as this one is, while having it look(at first glance) mostly original, despite the enhancements that in no way detract from the original Shelby is an art form. I will bet the owner was over the moon when he saw the finished car. Thanks Lou and Ross.
Not usually a big fan of super custom stuff, but this is very well done. It's got a heck of a snarl. Noticed that supercharger-like whistle right away, too. Cool episode.
Hi Todd Wall, I do like original, or restored to original, however when a restomod looks like this, I like that too. I guess I like A LOT of cars :-) Lou
1968 MUSTANG Shelby one of my favorite cars .However, I love 1965 Mustang GT " my dream car " . This Shelby is extremely awesome and beautiful color. I just enjoy watching all Mustang cars . Thanks LOU for sharing a beautiful Shelby . Thanks and please have a wonderful successful business week . Happy holidays and wish all the best in your business . Kind Regards , HISHAM ELFIKI
Hi Hisham Elfiki, Glad this is a favorite of yours :-) Thank you for the kind words, and wishing you a successful business week too. You're welcome, Lou
Very nice car very nice restoration very nice restomod. I.like these old Shelby mustangs but I am.more of a originally made car. But his updates are nice sounds nice and healthy too. Very nice car but I as I said a original factory car. But it is very nice and the colors are pretty. Thanks Lou for sharing this car.
Sweet Shelby, just a great lookin Stang! Nice styling n way beautiful interior! Bbbb bad lookin engine! That sound is wild... horsey gotta kick!! Love love all the cobra emblems, especially on the back. Those scales look really sharp on the interior, the handles are so unique, ssssnakey sleek! Cool vid, thank you
Hi WickedFireFly13, I'm just smiling reading your comment from top to bottom :-) You see ALL the details. Thank you for sharing a wonderful comment :-) You're welcome, Lou
Looks like you found a good shop to visit. Bet they have a few gems to show! Did he tell you what kind of condition the car was in when they started? Nice find Lou!
Hey Lou, new subscriber and absolutely loving the content. I have a suggestion that may work for you. On the cars you feature in garages, it would be cool to see the undercarriage on a lift. Either way, awesome channel. Definitely my new favorite!
Hi John Patten, Most of the time I'm at a car show and my favorites are when I stop by someone's garage because they usually have brochures from the cars time frame and time period correct ads too. Very few times are there lifts (liked sometimes on Jay Leno's Garage) so I agree that would be cool, and I have done that on this one, but seems unavailable as an option most of the time. Glad you are loving the Channel and welcome, Lou ua-cam.com/video/3EGi8HaeggI/v-deo.html
Lou Costabile well if only you had Jay's money right? All I want is m Mazda fixed and can't even afford that. Maybe Jay will help out lol. Thanks again. Really enjoying the shows.
The $ would be nice, and hopefully one day soon :-) I have a few cars but my work horse probably needs to be replaced sooner rather than later. ua-cam.com/video/ECGv_lV0-zI/v-deo.html
@@loucostabile they're superior to the hood locks with cables. That's why you'll see a lot of 60s models with the 70 good pin locks. Do you even own a mustang? 😂
Hey Lou can find out when.is Lincoln going to build a two door sports car / its been 20years since Lincoln built a two door ( LSC ) / the last one 1998 Lincoln mark vlll L.S.C 32v / thanks Lou good luck!!!!😎😊👍🚘👀2018#
HI lobster whisperer, Yes, there are many Mustangs, however on this Channel they are usually unique. Thank you for viewing and sharing your thoughts. Hope you see many more cars on this UA-cam Channel you enjoy. Please subscribe, and hit the "bell" so you can see all the cars when they are uploaded on this UA-cam Channel, Lou
If you take a fake Shelby, maybe a rust bucket, 6 cly, power nothing, and make that into the Shelby, ok. But to take a real Shelby and modify it under the sun, that's insane. Rebuild it and leave it alone, leave it bone stock, and leave it alone. Other than that, it is great, you guys do it really well.!
