The most impressive content I've ever watched.
Such amazing 😍
Whats the vehicle in the thumbnail? I wanna know about that one.
It’s an AI depiction of an ancient war machine. Most likely.
@@Jake-pc5nc Why not show the real images of them and explain them? Why a thumbnail that doesn't have to do with the video?
@@itwasaliensyou clicked on the video right? That is why lol. Two seconds to have AI make the thumbnail instead of finding something interesting to talk about.
Looks like a cgi or ai siege tower.
It existed in Ancient India during the Mahabharata era but it was pulled by horses not an engine
That was a good one thanks
The currach and coracle are two very different types of boats, the one shown in the video is a coracle whereas the currach is long and sleek.
We have a lot of rain in June.
Wow 👍👍👍
Found your videos just 2 weeks ago. So pleased with narrators' pronunciation and clarity. Also properly formed sentences.
Most of these fail to qualify as bizzarre. #8 the Boirault, #4 Cugnot's Fardier, #3 Tessarakonteres, and to a minor extent 27:45 the turtle sub, were the only ones I found bizzare
interesting about the Fardier is the fact it was based on a threewheeled cart from the campine region in what is nowadays Belgium! that cart type got popular in other regions in Belgium and northern france by the late 1700's as it was practical and could bare heavy loads... the front wheel was steerable and followed the horses or ox that pulled the cart.
The thumbnail looks like a re-imagined version of Mishra’s War Machine from Magic The Gathering.
The ancient cranes in Egypt used by making men run in a wheel like hamster was ingenious. Too bad the men were run practically till they died.
Lol. No they weren't, and for additional edification, the pyramids also weren't built by slaves they were built by payed workman.
Read a book.
@@onieyoh9478if you don't have skill your useless as a slave
@@onieyoh9478slvs without skills are called corps.
@@onieyoh9478 I got that information from a video I watched on here talking about the worst jobs in history since I wasn't around when it happened I'll just take their word for it
It's easy to get more slaves.
You missed the ancient Chinese paddle wheel ships, powered by human powered paddle wheels.
Paddle vessels powered by animal or human power were built from Roman times up to the 19th century.
"Team Boats" as they were known in America were quite common.
Some operated into the 20th century.
Such amazing
That weird looking tank was later thw main battle tanks of WWI,all they did was increase, and armor the compartment into a rhomboid shape, plus making those giant panels smaller into tracks, see same idea!!!
uh , the Minoans would have used natural materials, because that's what they had
#12, #8, #7, #6, and #4 are far from "ancient". A diving bell is not a submarine, so #1 isn't "ancient" either.
Wow so interested
Wow…I didn’t know this
You could say that I love vehicles so much that I bleed motor oil when cut, but you aren't big enough and there's too few of you to make me try and drive the La Marquise at 38MPH.
Neat machinery! 😊😊😊❤❤❤
Nice video 5 of 5😅
The spiked roof of Chinese battle boats were huge issues because any flaming air attack could not shed the flames
The kuruk animal hide boats of Ireland were used by Irish monks known as the Papar to settle Iceland before the Norse arrived .
The boat you are showing is a Welsh Corricle. The Irish Currach is longer with a pointed front.
Couple of things, #12 La Marquis. One of its innovative features was a cloth roof... So why didn't you show one?
#9 Minoan ships, distinguished by the use of natural building materials, as opposed to all the other ships that were built using synthetic materials like fiberglass?🤔 Hey if I'm wrong, I'm wrong but back then, weren't all building materials natural?
How were siege towers moved? Are they just pushed along with brute force from inside on their wheels or was it more sophisticated, such as using men or maybe even animals to drive some sort of mechanical assembly to provide torque to the wheels?
Imagine if later on in history they used some sort of massive clockwork type thing, storing energy in gears and springs wound up before battle and then controlled releases of the energy to drive the wheels forward.
The small rounded boat, is called "Coracle"
Pronounced: Cora cull.
thats not an irish currach, the currach is long slender with a pointed bow
Yes he keeps showing pictures of coracles, which were in use throughout antiquity. They're both traditionally crafted, hide covered wicker boats so I can understand the mistake, but the major selling point of the currach is its ocean-going capabilities which would be suicide in a coracle!
Nah 15 views that's the biggest fallout I've ever seen 🤣
well when you are trying to build a tank you have to star somewhere
27:03)James I AKA James VI of Scotland.
Dislike for the ridiculous vehicle created by AI that if it weren't for the white arrow I would never have seen.
Why doesn't any one talk about teslas car he built
Welsh footage of corical .it's cenarth falls cardigan south Wales. Not ireland
2:17 some weirdoes would claim it´s a tank :)
Toushould have mentioned the Naytilius contemplation by Jules Verne in his book 20 thousand leagues under sea. NASA’s Nemo point is the designated satellite graveyard.
weird boat
"...to the Roman republic in Carthage in North Africa".
The fųćk you just say?
Give us a clue, when was "antiquity" ?
Siege machine.
I believe Minoans and probably Vikings originated from the Phoenicians (from Japheth's line); Greeks also probably either came from these bloodlines or @ least interacted w/ those people considering the boat design similarities
😊
Kinda disappointing. You tease us with "Bizarre Vehicles" Then spend over half the video talking about rowboats. None of which are Bizarre .
А где легендарнии Армения Арарат великим Урарту аи продажнии историки
currach is not Irish, Asians have been using it for thousands of years. in India, it's still in use.
The currach is Irish, the vessel in the video is a coracle which is probably one of the earliest boat designs, so is likely found worldwide
Wow, well…🤷🏻♂️it looked good with the thumbnail. But, 🫤 that’s about it.
